This was an issue with a pump that was returned by another customer, unfortunately we didn't catch the fact someone scammed us and returned their old pump and kept the new one. As far as the replacement for your order we were promised a ship date by the manufacturer and they failed to make that date, your original order has been credited in full. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused!!

Excellent customer service & unlike any company I've bought equipment from before. The staff at SpraySmarter took initiative when I had purchased the incorrect parts from their site. They corrected the situation without a second thought and took back the purchased equipment I'd been sitting on for months. I then received a refund from my original order, and at the same time, I received my new, correct items from them. Shipping speeds are also top-notch. I will continue to do business with these guys, and I appreciate their attention to customer care.

We are so sorry that your order has not arrived yet. The 3M100 1" threaded nipple you chose that was showing out of stock has a 2 week lead time, we do however have 182 NIP100-SH in stock which is the same part just schedule 80 poly.
