As this customer stated, we issued a full refund of his shipping costs when we realized this got shipped out using the wrong shipping method. We offered to exchange this guitar for the customer and he has declined the exchange. We have offered to pay for a replacement card if he so chooses to have JSA issue a replacement card which we have yet to receive any confirmation although as of now, all authentication companies got rid of cards and use online verification and the hologram affixed to the item. We appreciate your review and thank you for your business.

Hello, we need to clear up your defamatory and inaccurate remarks. We have been in business for over 20 years and have done so honestly. You placed your order Thursday 6/12 and selected UPS Ground as your shipping method. You are 4-6 days transit time for delivery, this would not have made it for Father's Day. As you emailed us, you expected it in time for Father's Day but never once reached out to us to upgrade your shipping to expedited shipping. Yes, there was an issue at the warehouse in which this order did not get pulled but when you brought this to our attention we without hesitation paid expedited shipping to get it back on track for when its initial delivery date was set. Yes, UPS had an operational delay that caused a one business day delay which is entirely out of our company's control. As for your giving you the runaround, we responded to you first thing when we got into the office after every one of your messages were sent to us after business hours. We were honest about what happened and owned our mistake and did everything we could do to make it right and get it back on track for your initial delivery date. We apologize you are unhappy with your experience with our company, but there is only so much we can do.

Although they had run out of stock, they offered to reframe other photos by Friday. On Friday they posted that the item had missed the pickup time and would be sent out after the weekend.
