Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Absolutely terrible. I tried contacting them to no avail. They only sent a message that order was on back order. It was supposed to be a Christmas Gift! and as of july 4th I have not received any response. I finally requested a refund 2 months ago on May 9th to my card and have not received anything. Beware!! Beware!! do not order from Sports Fan Mechandise. The item was a mini Detroit Lions mini helmet. Terrible company to deal with.

It says directly on the page that it’s on backorder. Why do you keep ordering something that’s on backorder? Your order has been cancelled and refunded. Do NOT order from us again. Thanks!

Disappointing Return Policy

Disappointing Return Policy, Limited Options
I recently purchased San Diego Padres Camp Chair (poor quality for the price) from Sports Fans Merchandise , unfortunately, needed to return it. However, I was surprised to find that the return options were very limited. The process was not user-friendly, and I wasn’t given reasonable alternatives to send the item back. I ask if they can send a return label to send the item back and deduct shipping charges from my credit, they said NO, I ask for a physical address to send back product via UPS, they said NO Only USPS to a PO box address, to send it UPS it was going to cost me 13 dlls.. the only choice they gave me is to send it USPS and this was costing me 30.00 dlls
I reached out to customer service, but the responses were not helpful in resolving the issue. A more flexible return policy or clearer communication about return options would improve the customer experience.
If you’re considering buying from this merchant, I recommend reviewing their return policies carefully to avoid unexpected difficulties. at this point I just decided to keep the chair, Never again will I buy from this company..

Bought two times, on their site says "in stock", but they don't have nothing. They sent money back one month after I send an email. I think they don't have nothing and only work with our money.

Super disappointed

Super disappointed. Ordered two
Items at thanksgiving and here we are two days before Christmas and nothing. I understand that things become out of stock but they should be removed from your digital storefront if there is no ETA. You cited 2-4 weeks and here we are - nothing. Very disappointing I wish I had read the reviews before I started this order. Apparently this is normal for your company?

However, this area where this review has been left is for our service as a company. This item was ordered and shipped on the same day Nov. 29th, and was delivered by Post Office ground service from California to the East Coast on Dec. 4th. The service you experienced on this purchase was above par to say the least.

We would truly appreciate feedback in this area be based on the service received, and product reviews in their separate designated area. Any effort in adjusting the placement of this review would be greatly appreciated.

If I could give -100 stars I would. When I placed my order it said product was currently out of stock and would ship in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I reached out regarding the status of my order. They proceeded to cancel my order without my consent. When I asked why they cancelled my order the would not respond. They said they cancelled my order due to me being "the most annoying customer we have ever had to deal with" LOL this company is a joke and scam. Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This would be more appropriate as a product review and not a review of our service. This item was shipped within 2 business days and was received very quickly even for the Post Office. As stated on our website's 'shipping and returns' page, we cannot offer warranty on any products sold. Warranties, if available, come from the manufacturer not the retailer.

Your claim is as follows:

"I received my order and put both the flags on my car and drove down to the stadium and back. When I got home, one of the flags had completely fallen apart. In fact, it was barely hanging on by two threads. I would like a replacement or refund. The other flag is fine."

It is absolutely impossible to determine what, if anything, happened to your flag while you were at the stadium. In fact, going to a Dodgers home game with Padres flags adds many possibilities as to how your flag could have possibly been damaged.

We do regret we are not in a position to be of assistance.

We do apologize for an item not being available. We do not accept funds on items that are oversold, nor de we hold on to funds for items that are back-ordered with no restock date.

We do appreciate the disappointment experienced in not having an item available, even though it was showing available at the time of purchase.

Although the item oversold in a different marketplace before this order could be fulfilled, we will never keep your money hoping the item will return to stock eventually.

You cancelled my order after 3 days because you didn't have the merchandise. If you don't have the merchandise remove it from your website or at the least note it is backordered.

Added to the difficulty are items shipped directly from the manufacturer as our 'shipping and returns' page states on the items purchased. We are subject to human error from their processes, as well as our own struggles.

We apologize for refunding your order. We still pay transaction fees on refunds, so it is definitely not an option we prefer. Although some stores may hold on to your funds in an attempt to not lose the sale, we believe promptly refunding and admitting our error builds better trust in the long run. If you would like to repurchase these items to hold until they return to stock, please email us through the website and we will make sure your order ships as soon as it is available.
