WHY ON EARTH THIS DAY N AGE

WHY ON EARTH THIS DAY N AGE, CAN ON- LINE ORDERS NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IN STORE? GET WITH THE TIMES AND STOP TRYING TO CON EVERYONE, PRICING LOOKS GOOD, BUT YOU CHARGE TO RETURN, CHARGE FOR CLICK N COLLECT YET WONT EXCHANGE IN STORE. ???
AVOID ALL OF THIS OWNERS SHOPS TILL THEY SORT THEMSELVES OUT. USE A RETAILER THAT HAS CUSTOMERS INTEREST AND NEEDS.

Great experience overall.

I bought two kettlebells from them last week to keep active during the covid19 lockdown and they offered great customer service and advice over the phone when I rang them, prompt delivery and accessible prices. So great experience overall.
