I recently bought some Nitro snowboard bindings. Splitboard store accidentally sent me the wrong model of bindings. The incredible service I received in response just blew me away. They sent me the correct model in time for the following weekend trip, and sent them even without me having time to return the incorrect model first. They arranged for the postage return of the ones to go back, even though that was complicated. Really good service in the correction of a mistake.
