Upon purchasing this smartwatch I felt this was a great purchase and better than my two previous smartwatch purchases.However I have been experiencing some problems with my smartwatch where the screen freezes and jumps around, and changes the face setting, is this normal. I still love my purchase.

I loved my watch from the time I got it. It has a lot of the same features that the more expensive watches have. It worked well in the beginning but now I no longer get calls or notifications even after following the instructions regarding the Bluetooth connection.
I still get my workout readings and steps and heart rate. I was referring my friends and family to Spade & Co but now I can’t.

I have yet to receive my order. The company has sent me requests to review my purchase. My order is weeks late and I reached out to cancel it due to never receiving the watch, still not resolved.

Customer care and watch is fantastic
The customer care is fantastic. I sent an email to ask for some assistance is setting up some features of my smartwatch 4 and I received a response immediately which sorted out the issue. Although it does not have all the functions of an Apple watch, it does have other features which Apple watch does not. The battery life is outstanding (approx 3 days wear and still 65% remaining) and I am so happy that I do not have to charge it daily as I did with the Apple watch. I am a very happy customer.

I love my watch I purchased from you and protective shields I recently purchased.
My only complaint is my phone has been enabled to ring on my watch but it isn't working, neither are the notifications.....what am I doing wrong??? It worked twice after my watch was charged, then nothing. HELP!!!

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. My one-star review on its website didn't even post which means the company has someone controlling the reviews so people only see the good ones. The watch is cheap, the bands break easily, and customer service is beyond rude. I've had too many problems over the years - not recording sleep properly, stopped recording heart rate, records heart rate incorrectly, touch screen stops working. The first red flag should've been that the company always has some sort of huge sale going on. Really looked forward to it lasting a while since it's compatible with Android and Apple. Very disappointed, spend your money elsewhere.

Honest and helpful customer service
I wanted a new band for my watch and found the one I wanted. When I started to check out, there was another band added to the order at a special price. However, I didn't want it and let the company know. They immediately took care of the problem. I have had several communications with the company and have always come away very satisfied with the results. This watch - and company - truly are the best!

Spade and company is a great and responsive company. I have bought all four of their great watches. Have had no problems with them, but when I have had questions on the operation or if I could figure something out they are very responsive to my requests. bear in mind I have had no problems with the watches at all they are excellent quality. Highly recommend Spade and company for anyone.
