Great service, bad user experience

Great fundamental service, but terrible user experience on the site. You can't delete postings, and it's difficult to navigate to many functions such as reviewing a request to rent a space. The customer service chatbot says it's bringing someone in, then leaves you hanging for a while with no indication that anyone will come.

Fabulous Customer Service

Carmen, the customer service representative who assisted me, was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Despite some issues with obtaining the permit for the spot and a few other issues, she ensured everything was taken care of and responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. Great Choice for parking

It does what it says but poor website with lack of communication

It does what it says it would. However, I think the notification system leaves little be desired. I've had a renter in my parking spot since January. I have not received any emails from Spacer since the day it was first booked. I do not know if the renter is continuing renting the spot. I don't know when money is being sent to my bank account. This is a poorly built website.

Happy camper

What went wrong? Oh just everything.

The better question would be what went right, which is nothing. They rented a space that wasn't available, and we didn't find out until 4 days into our rental period.

This isn't even a business

This isn't even a business. It's a scam. I didn't even put in my address or sign up for leading my spot and somehow they were trying to sell my monthly lease for $0.00, texted me, emailed me and called me without consent to accept the dumbest deal I ever heard in my life. Rent out my car space for free. What's next, live in my home for free but I have to leave?

Customer Service is Terrible (Marie)

The customer service from the listing/booking side of Spacer has been horrendous. Marie is also not very helpful and defensive while not listening to simple questions posed.
