The first leash turned up with…

The first leash turned up with different packaging and colour than was advertised, initially i thought it was a completely different leash so i spoke to customer service and was informed it was just an old photo and the colours/styles of the products had since been changed, fine, an honest mistake. But then I ordered a completely different leash for another board and it turned up again with the wrong colour and wrong packaging. Customer service just points back to their SKU number and that it matches, accepting no fault. I'm not somebody who usually leaves reviews, and it's not a big deal that they don't have certain styles in, but I just felt it was totally dishonest to be knowingly advertising styles of products that you don't have in stock.

Having purchased sunglasses from this…

Having purchased sunglasses from this company they sent out my order tracked by royal mail. Great service 2 days from placing my order except royal mail post person delivered to wrong post code but correct house number looks like this bloke from RM dont understand post codes or addresss needs much more training. After phoning this company the lady was able to track the house so i could go and get my order. Lucky for me the home owner had them and not said he never got them so great result. Thank you to the lady at sorted surf shop for helping. My only advice to this company if using Royal Mail get tracking with a signiture. Royal mail will ruin your business they cant deliver letters properly never alone parcels. But thank you all the same.

Poor customer care

Delivery of a board took ages.
Poor customer service from the start, when trying to change boards.
Spent over £700 on a new board ect and they didn't even give me a block of wax
Won't use again

FCS Surfboard Travel Bag

Just ordered a surfboard bag but there's no email acknowlegment.Write an email to them inquiring how is the order going but there is no reply.Log in the web and surprised that there is no order in my list.Stressful.

Faulty Kanulock Surfboard Straps

I purchased a pair of Kanulock surfboard straps for my son.
One of the locks became faulty after a month or so. I requested a replacement and promising to deal with it, I never got a reply - even after contacting the company a couple more time.
Very poor customer service and will not be using them again.

Perfect shopping experience. Great to know that there are still shops doing 'it' better than online.

I bought a second-hand surfboard at the weekend and couldn't be happier with the service, price, and after-sales experience.

Slowest delivery

Slow delivery service and no tracking or update information lately as to where my order is. Today is day 6 and the last day my order is to arrive. Is it it on its way? Is it still being backordered? Who knows at this point. Based on the slowness of delivery and lack of updates I wouldnt buy from them again. Misleading as it comes up as Wetsuit Centre when logging into account and the parcel arrived with a Wetsuit Centre brochure. Update* got my wetsuit 10 days later. I called to ask for an update.

We do apologise for the delayed delivery. As you know there have been issues with couriers going on strike/etc. The quoted delivery time for your order was 4-6 working days, this unfortunately, does not include weekends or bank holidays.

We can see that your item was delivered and received by you today. Which means there was a slight delay to your delivery.

Sorted surf shop would be a sister company to the Wetsuit Centre, we dispatch from one warehouse, which explains why you've received a returns check list with the "wetsuit centre" logo.

Bought a few wetsuit items from them in the past - always dispatched promptly. never any issues.
They did swap items one time but they upgraded me - so that was fine.

Excellent customer service!

I had an issue with an order that never arrived (Royal Mail's fault, not Sorted Surf Shop's), but Ben was quick to reply and to send out a new one. Excellent customer service!

Purchased a sports shoe

Purchased a sports shoe, sports-suit and some cricket bats, balls , badminton bats etc from here.. Received all these sports goods the next day on time delivery at my door.. Such a great customer service.. Much Impressive..

Poor company

I’m pretty disappointed about the service I’ve received over the last 10 days from your company.

Apparently you had some supply chain issues but this wasn’t communicated to me until I’d waited over a week and send several emails, which went unanswered. I then phoned you and was told the bag was finally on the way but now its arrived and its not the one that I ordered, it’s a barry basic one.

I wanted to support a smaller surf shop but I weirdly got an email regarding my order from the wetsuitcentre.co.uk - strange all round experience.

Updating to 1 star after I had a further bad experience with them. Not got a surfers soul, just corporate coldness.

Beyond our expectations!

Wow, what a find! Super helpful staff, great products and the best expert advice ever! We hired two of their new e-bikes - I think they're called Kendra. What an adrenaline rush! We got from Boscombe to Mudeford Spit Beach House in 30 minutes, grinning from ear-to-ear throughout. I would really recommend this shop. They also have 'Sorted Surf School' which we didn't try but, if it's anything like the service we experienced, it will be awesome. We'll be back soon!
