My experiences with Sonovon have been great all around. Since the first time I ordered my first hearing aids, I had a growth in my ear, and the aids didn't fit well. I explained this to the company, and they immediately returned my money. Since then, my ear has gotten better, and I decided to try them again. I ordered the behind-the-ear style, but that didn't work as they kept falling off my ear. Again, I explained this to the staff, and they were so understanding. I asked for the CIC model, and they immediately sent me the hearing aids I asked for. I think I am learning how to use them, thanks to all the staff at Sonovon for helping me hear again.
