I am a very hard person to get blood…

I am a very hard person to get blood work done. My veins will hidden I had some many people tell me no problem I can get you. They have failed. The only person who can is Avery He is the nicest guy I have ever met. If he ever let I am going to follow him. That is how much I trust him doing my blood down

Very customer service oriented from…

Very customer service oriented from checkin to having my blood taken. Mirian was my technician was very patient oriented and made my visit very smooth from beginning to end. EXCELLENT customer service.

Go to different Sonora quest!

Appt time at 10:30 and arrived 15 minutes early. Checked in on kiosk and finally called to front desk at 11:05. I asked them how much longer and she said I'm the next one, called at 11:15. My point of the review is don't bother with an appt, go to another facility. I thought being right next store to Banner MD Anderson it would be well oiled machine with customer service and speed, not so.

This place is absolutely joke Miss Tabitha is a rude individual I would not recommend coming to this place is a total f****** joke.
There's no compassion they need to work at a jail do not come here go back to the hospital or go somewhere else

I think it's a scam

Insurance says they don't have record of them trying to bill them let alone declining it but the letter they sent says all my insurances declined it. I think this place is a scam. Their website is shady, nobody answers the phones, and they didn't actually bill my insurances.

Nehaya was my phlebotomist the other…

Nehaya was my phlebotomist the other day at my doc's office. I am usually a "hard stick." She wasn't worried at all and was able to draw my blood on the first try with no problems. She was so professional, comforating a nice! She's a pro! Thank you!!

Sonora Quest Phone System is the Worst!

My doctors office has had issues with submitting my lab orders to Sonora Quest Labs. So, I called to make sure the lab order was there before going there. I called the phone number for help. Then I pressed 1 for patient. Then I pressed 7 to speak to someone. Then it rang for a long time and finally asked me to enter a code. Obviously I did not have a code. Then the system finally hung up on me when I did not enter a code. So, there is really no way to verify that my lab order was submitted. After calling several times and having the same thing happen over and over, I gave up and called the Quest corporate phone number. When I got someone to speak to I told them about this. I also told them that when I logged into my Quest account it does not show me if there are any lab request orders. She said that they have asked for this over and over again. However, the powers that be would not do this. So, then I told her about the phone system and she did not have an answer for me. Finally I just asked her to look in the system and see if there was a lab order submitted for me. She confirmed it was there. So, now I can go there to complete the lab order. Unbelievable. When I posted a review about all this on the Sonora web site I saw that the majority of reviews were really bad. Nice going Senora Quest Labs. I will continue to post this review in multiple places.

There has been a billing mistake where…

There has been a billing mistake where they did not contact with my insurance and billed me. I have called their customer support to resolve the issue, nobody answers. I even visited two different locations. They keep saying call this number which nobody picks up. Horrible customer support.

Tammy is skilled and proficient

Tammy was my phlebotomist today in Mesa. I only had about a 5 minute wait. Tammy was polite, friendly and very skilled and proficient at her job. I will definitely return here.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Can’t find my bill trying to pay it, but it’s all automated and there is nobody to ask for my account number. If possible, I will never use them again. Maybe hire a human for your billing department.

I had a 2:15 appointment

I had a 2:15 appointment, I was not seen until 3:10. All I heard was the Lab on bell rd. was understaffed and they had a trainee standing aroud joking at the sign in area behind the counter. The woman who drew my blood reiterated this when she drew my blood. This company is totally unprofessional with the excuses they tried to pass off to me as the customer, no wonder why it has a 49% 1 star rating.
As a customer, none of these excuses are my responsibility, it all on sonoran labs. I guess the old addage is that you can get blood from a "mushroom". That is exactly how they treat you. The woman gave me attitude once I informed her that I would reach out to the company. Real professionalism all the way around.
