Have contacted the company for refund of purchase price and have either received the run around or NO response at all. If investors can’t trust him why should the public buy his products… You m,ight not get what you paid for!!!

I never received my damn part. Purchased December 2023 and I just got an email asking me to review. I tried calling and emailing many times and then I heard SONDORS went out of business. Please send me a refund. 70 something bucks like a year ago. Sooo frustrating. REFUND ME. I BOUGHT THE PART ELSEWHERE.

Bike Never Received, Order Cancelled
Ordered a bike and never received any information as to when it would be delivered. Called multiple times and never was able to contact anyone. Messages were never returned. Eventually went to my credit card company and had the transaction reversed. Never had anyone from Sondors contact me. Eventually bought another brand bike.

What's going on with this company?
I love my bike, a Step, but the company appears to have disappeared from operations. I had to wait many months for delivery of a replacement battery, and never got any kind of confirmation of my order. Just lucky it eventually showed up, or else the bike would be useless. Are you back in business?

No customer service. Never returned my emails or my phone calls. My bike came very damaged. Sent pictures. At the end, I sold the bike because could not ride it due to a bad front rim that was shipped to me bent and would not hold air.
