Our experience..
The positive: customer service is A+ with communication and resolving problems. Shipping was on-time and expected. Videos are key and very helpful. The negative: you MUST build the day or day after you receive (which we did) but had problems with a bunch of boards being cut incorrectly, which was resolved by the company, but waiting a week for new boards resulted in our last quarter of the build to be difficult due to warping of remaining boards. So a 2-3 day build took us about 2 weeks. Overall, a fabulous little room that we use as an office! We had electrical installed with HVAC system. Metal roof has kept us dry. I would purchase again!

Right from the beginning our experience with Solid Build was amazing. Ordering was a breeze, I was informed of delivery progress every step of the way. Our delivery driver was fantastic and knowledgeable about what he was delivering- even offering a few tips from his experience with this build.
Putting our shed together was great! They even included several extra pieces for some of the more specialized components in case you had a break or damage.
We are very pleased with our shed- which we turned into a backyard library for our home. 10/10 would recommend Solid Build to anyone!

Beautiful home office! We are really happy with it. It was a bit involved of a home office build so I recommend having 2-3 professionals help support over the course of 4-5 days for structure, roof, electrical, flooring and paint.

Very disappointed considering the price…
Very disappointed considering the price and ease of fixing the issue. The delivery was good as was the support. The instructions however were embarrassingly terrible for a 7k product! It appeared they were not even proof read. Every page had mislabeled or non existing parts, like not even close. Incorrect measurements and mislabels everywhere.
This is supposed to be a diy product proof read the manual! It’s not a $40 chair.

Ordered the Moderna shed and it is really great. The build process was straightforward and the final product is better than expected. We included the 4 lite window add on and it was a great addition. It lets more light into the space and is very well made. The order and delivery process was even smooth and efficient. Overall highly recommended product.

Excellent quality product
Excellent quality product, from the wood to the doors. It's never easy to take on a major project like this as a husband and wife team, but with the SolidBuildWood staff being incredibly responsive to a couple of questions we had about the directions, we ended up with a beautiful "guest house"/formally a shed.
We were able to get it done in a 3 weekends with one other guy, and we did hire local roofers. In 3 short months we created a beautiful place for my 92-year-old father in law to sleep. This was far superior to leaving him in a facility. It cost us 1.5 months of what the facilities charge and is far warmer, more personable and beautiful and best of all - we are right there for him!

The delivery person was awesome
The delivery person was awesome, suggesting storing the wood in the garage, which I wasn't aware of as an option. Some labeling was off, however, the contact from SolidBuild was very responsive and walked me through checking the kit. The shed is beautiful. It hasn't even been painted yet and I am getting compliments from all of my neighbors.

it is not that easy to put it up. if took 2 contractors 4 days to finish and 3 days painting. i have not i installed a roof yet.
hire a electrician to put wire to the 4 corners and we put the light fixture outside it is not a shed , it is a nice room , so many of my friend went to move in. lol
