It was very easy to download the microsoft office that I bought. I received the email immediately, the system did not ask me to use the key. It's better to use the "Download" instead that the link, because it blocked at 99%. I'm satisfied, expecially because it is very cheap! I just did not understand how to have the 12% discount. Anyway, it's just a very small amount. The applications are working perfectly, I hope they will continue like this.

My first consideration about the supplying of the application files(setup) is very positive and the reason why is because I could do all the download in only one day. Moreover in the first delivery mail I had a problem with the link to the download page, It didn´t work, I contact with the company by mail and the response was outstanding, almost inmediately and it worked perfectly
