This was my first time ordering furniture online. It was easy . I also called customer service, to ask for a discount for disabled Veteran. They were very gracious. Gave me free shipping, and white glove service. Also gave me 400.00 off the price. Wow! Because of that I ordered two recliners too.

I bought a Luonto sofabed with a fabric protection warranty. The fabric stained. I filed a warranty claim. They came to clean it and it did not clean. This has been going on for about a year and there is no resolution. It's still stained. They keep telling me to wait because they are looking into it. RIPOFF!!!

Our Sectional Sofa is sensational. All our friends now think our Living Room is magazine worthy. The seating height of 19” is so much more comfortable than typical sectionals which are so low it is difficult to get out of.

Communication was minimal - receipts looked bit strange (no real information). Delivery was faster than expected but white glove it was not!!!! I wanted this sofa bed in a bedroom. The door is standard in size but sofa was too big. Door had to removed by my husband. Door frame damaged. You might say that’s not the delivery guys fault but they didn’t seem to have a clue what to do without my husband’s help. The sofa feet go on after it’s in the room. One foot had no screw insert (that equals no quality assurance) so we had to run around and find our own screw. By the way this is a Ashley brand sofa. I thought I was getting something better. Slick advertising.

The delivery was extremely quick. Initially the sofa was going to be delivered within 3-5 weeks , but it took only 1.5 weeks. The delivery guys were very nice and quick.

Easy process, I could schedule my delivery within a 3 hour time window and even though it was pouring rain the delivery men made sure my sofa arrived into the house dry.

I had been looking for a sofabed and when I decided onthe model I started comparing prices on line. James at sofa bed.com texted me after I had put the item on my cart to offer a Black Friday discount. I called him back and we easily completed the transaction on the phone. The sofa was delivered on time and all packing materials taken away.
