Good stuff at a good price with great delivery and assembly

I found what I was looking for — a comfortable, stylish sleeper to fit a small space — on Sofabed.com after looking many other places and not finding it. The price was acceptable. Delivery was not too far out and flexible enough to fit our travel schedule. Assembly was included. All around great experience.

This was my first time ordering online

This was my first time ordering furniture online. It was easy . I also called customer service, to ask for a discount for disabled Veteran. They were very gracious. Gave me free shipping, and white glove service. Also gave me 400.00 off the price. Wow! Because of that I ordered two recliners too.

There is no warranty, even if you pay for one.

I bought a Luonto sofabed with a fabric protection warranty. The fabric stained. I filed a warranty claim. They came to clean it and it did not clean. This has been going on for about a year and there is no resolution. It's still stained. They keep telling me to wait because they are looking into it. RIPOFF!!!

At the time, you opted for a 5-year protection plan for $149, and we applied a $289 discount on the product, effectively saving you $140. We understand the frustration, but we hope this helps provide some context around the value of the offer and the ripoff comment.
We also sincerely apologize that, even after professional cleaning, the company was unable to remove the hard stains. Unfortunately, in some cases, especially when the fabric has deeply absorbed a spilled liquid, complete removal may not be possible. That said, we’ll be reaching out to the protection company again to see if there’s anything more they can do to assist. We can definitely order the part and they can replace it.
Lastly, we want to acknowledge that this is the first we're hearing from you of the issue, as we weren’t contacted directly prior to your review. We genuinely care about your experience and will do our best to help however we can moving forward.

A sensational sectional sofa.

Our Sectional Sofa is sensational. All our friends now think our Living Room is magazine worthy. The seating height of 19” is so much more comfortable than typical sectionals which are so low it is difficult to get out of.
Looks, comfort, affordability, and exquisite delivery service combine to make this a very happy purchase experience. Thank you.

Not the experience I was hoping for

Communication was minimal - receipts looked bit strange (no real information). Delivery was faster than expected but white glove it was not!!!! I wanted this sofa bed in a bedroom. The door is standard in size but sofa was too big. Door had to removed by my husband. Door frame damaged. You might say that’s not the delivery guys fault but they didn’t seem to have a clue what to do without my husband’s help. The sofa feet go on after it’s in the room. One foot had no screw insert (that equals no quality assurance) so we had to run around and find our own screw. By the way this is a Ashley brand sofa. I thought I was getting something better. Slick advertising.

1. Preassembled larger sofas do require 32" or 36" doorway and we do not ship the product without customer confirmation on doorway size. We would have gladly cancelled the order with full refund if you would have confirmed that bedroom doorway was less than required width. **Going forward we would insist customers check all doors and not just the main doorway into the house.
2. White Glove delivery includes appointment scheduling, unpacking, assembly, placement in room, removal of debris and inspection. For liability reasons it does not include removal of doors. ** We would improve customer communications ensuring wrong expectations are not set.
3. We send detailed itemized order confirmation receipt. We also send order tracking link in email and as sms message. Many times email land in spam folder and perhaps that happened in this case. Our policy is to over communicate instead of under communication to make sure customers are completely informed. Obviously it didn't happen in this case and **we would take necessary actions to ensure communication is improved.
4. All our products are covered under warranty and we didn't receive any communications from you regarding screw in the foot. Please send us details and we would work on addressing the concern. **we would coach delivery team to do thorough inspection and catch every issue howsoever minor it may be.
We thank you for being our customer and work work hard to implement these changes and improve our customer experience.

The best online purchase experience

The best online purchase experience! James was the most patient and helpful throughout the selection and purchase process. He was available any day and anytime to answer my questions. Thank you James!
The delivery was extremely quick. Initially the sofa was going to be delivered within 3-5 weeks , but it took only 1.5 weeks. The delivery guys were very nice and quick.
Overall, it’s was an exquisite experience. I highly recommend this company. Thank uou!

Great service

Easy process, I could schedule my delivery within a 3 hour time window and even though it was pouring rain the delivery men made sure my sofa arrived into the house dry.

The Perfect Sofa bed

I had been looking for a sofabed and when I decided onthe model I started comparing prices on line. James at sofa bed.com texted me after I had put the item on my cart to offer a Black Friday discount. I called him back and we easily completed the transaction on the phone. The sofa was delivered on time and all packing materials taken away.
