Edit: after speaking with Sports Endeavors LLC regarding this matter it was resolved. Both Mary and Heidi had exceptional customer service in helping to resolve the issue.
If you can avoid using them, I absolutely would. The $60-90 required team jerseys came with pulls already in the material and they are unwilling to work with you at all. The ordering process is intentionally confusing and covered by their no exchange/return policy to garnish more money with any mistakes made. Customer service was snarky, condescending, rude and it is obvious they are not willing to accept any responsibility regarding their poor product.

This place is terribly inefficient
This place is terribly inefficient. They are constantly screwing up orders and losing an hemorrhaging money.. and friends that work there and they get paid $14 an hour during this crazy time of inflation still with raises almost seeming like an insult. I truly feel sorry for anybody that gives this company their money go find one of their competitors and give it to them.. I supported this company for years prior, had such a high regard for them. Now that’s completely fallen off!

Horrible Customer Service
Second time we order our team uniforms from them, sizes are sent wrong and customer services makes it difficult to correct it. Very disappointing, really hope our soccer club picks a different company to work with.
