I never write reviews. I'm willing to share our overall experience regarding The Southern Bank Company. Their service has been impeccable from the beginning. Our "Operations Manager" (OM ) is very knowledgeable, skilled and professional all while being courteous and friendly. When the need arose our OM was prompt with the solution. I receive a follow up call after every business transaction. So far everything about The Southern Bank Company has been beneficial to our company.
We made the right decision in choosing The Southern Bank Company with our business needs.

There are so many positive things to discuss that I’m not sure where to start! I have been using Southern Bank to factor our invoices for almost three years now, and I have yet to be let down. They are extremely responsive, professional, and offer great rates. I have worked with several individuals on their team and have never been disappointed.

As a small business, we would not be where we are today without them! A few years ago, we had a large client declare bankruptcy, but the bank went above and beyond to protect us from any financial repercussions. I can personally attest that the treatment you receive from Southern Bank goes well beyond what most banks offer in their client relationships.

If you are looking for invoice factoring, I encourage you to start with Southern Bank. You will not be disappointed, I promise!

I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on a factoring company, and my main focus was finding the best fees. One thing that really stood out during my search was that Altline was the only company where someone picked up the phone after just two rings, no automated system.

That and their competitive fees, made it an easy choice. I've been working with Ashlee and Kelley for about a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Ashlee is incredibly pleasant to work with and super efficient. Altline is highly recommended by me.

No company enjoys having cashflow issues as it's one of the most stressful experiences you can ever go through. When it happens to you, you're looking for a way out, for someone to help you get back into the green. altLINE and Southern Bank Company did just that for us.
