Great service!

I ordered a Snugzy for my hubby to be as a gift for him the night before our wedding but realised after I ordered it I had left it slightly too late for him to get it in time with standard delivery!!
I reached out to the admin team and explained the situation.
They were super quick at getting back to me and luckily they managed to get it amended and it was delivered just in time!
Thank you to the Snugzy team.

Is there anyone out there?

Ordered 26 days ago. Still waiting. No response to emails, chat, phone. Have ordered one previously without issues and stupidly didn’t check recent reviews. Does anyone have any idea how to get hold of anyone to find out where on earth my daughter’s very very late birthday present has gone? So disappointed and frustrated. If you were not going to produce the product you stated then why take my money in the first place? Fraudulent?

Impossible to get hold of customer service

It has been impossible to get hold of Snugzy customer service. My son (13) purchased an item and realised straight away that Apple Pay had assigned an incorrect name, number and address.

We straight away emailed Snugzy to cancel the order. We then messaged using the site’s messenger system, contacted by Fb messenger and tried to call the customer service number (which is permanently engaged).

This was 3 days ago. Very poor and will not use again

Update (day 4)- I have now received an update from customer services to say they have sent it despite us repeatedly asking to cancel and refund!! Absolute muppets. The customer service is so hard to get hold of and do not actually respond to what has been asked. DO NOT USE TGEM IF YOU ARE HOPING FOR ANY KIND OF COMMS AFTER SALE

Absolutely fuming!!

Absolutely fuming!!! I brought a super dad teddy for my dad for father's day and they sent the correct paper work but the WRONG teddy with some elses photo on it!!!! HOW could they get it so wrong! Data protection breached 100%!! This is unacceptable and needs rectifing ASAP Also need to retrain their staff so this doesn't happen again! If they do not deal with this correctly I will be reporting them!

Very poor quality. Don't waste your money

I can only assume Snugzy as a business is no longer being run properly and is on its way out. I first bought a Snugzy a fews ago as a funny gift. I was very happy at that time and pleased with the quality. I recently purchased another one unfortunately the quality of the product has deteriorated markedly and it was delivered over a week late.

I genuinely think you will get similar quality on Temu etc for a fraction of the cost. Indeed giving the shipping delay I'm curious as to what there business practices are these days.

I immediately contacted them expressing my dissatisfaction and requested a return - following the instructions on their website.

I did not get any reply.

I then was forced to dispute the transaction through PayPal.

PayPal got no response to them either!

Approximately a month later I got my money back through PayPal and I've still not heard a peep!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID!!

I ordered a pillow for a hen party pretty last minute but was confident it would arrive in time as their website states that items will arrive within 5 working days. This did not happen. It wasn’t even posted until the fifth working day and wasn’t received by myself until 12 days after the initial order.

I even tried emailing them and messaging on social media to get the item in time. I got a very generic message back on Instagram saying ‘your order is ready for dispatch’ but it still wasn’t posted for a couple of days! So obviously the item arrived after the event it was initially ordered for.

I was still happy to keep the order as the bride to be and her children would love it. However…upon opening the package I have someone else’s order! The paperwork inside shows my order along with a photo of my design, yet the pillow is someone else’s completely! And someone else must have mine! I have emailed Snugzy twice with pictures showing what I have received and have been totally ignored. The customer service is awful. A total waste of money.

Had a very poor experience

Had a very poor experience. I ordered this on the 12th may and it clearly stated I would receive the order by 15th may. It didn’t arrive and I emailed to cancel on 17th may, had no reply. On 19th may I got a shipping confirmation email, I emailed again saying I want to cancel the order, still no reply. Today I received delivery but it’s too late, the gift was for a friend who is moving abroad and they have now left. I’ve emailed again be tried the chat function but I get nothing back. I just want to return for a refund.

snugzy scam! Avoid

Placed an order well over a week ago for a cushion of a family pet that had sadly passed away. I’ve sent three emails to chase my order and I’ve not received a response or update. Ive tried to call them but their number on their website doesn’t work, and I’ve not received my money back. Avoid this website

Terrible customer service

I ordered on 26 April for my son, I’m in the army and deployed, the pillow has still not arrived 16 May, it states shipped with DPD reference on 6 May however DPD states parcel never received, I have sent 4 emails and 2 enquiries on the website and had no reply!

Very disappointed with Customer Service

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Snugzy’s customer service team. I first emailed them on 3rd May with some queries about my order, followed by a second email on 11th May, and have yet to receive any reply or even an acknowledgment. It’s very frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when you’re trying to resolve an issue or get information about your purchase. I really expected better communication and support from this company.

No Standards.

Had a really poor experience. Was suppose to be delivered within 5 working days. It's been over a week and a half now and I've just been told my item has not been shipped yet. It's just an absolute joke and it breaks the Misrepresentation Act 1967 and also breaks the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Now my item is late for someone's birthday and I have no clue when it will be shipped, never mind delivered. Realistically I should be getting a full refund but I can not be bothered dealing with the incompetence the customer service team deliver on. I just will not ever return and will go to alternative companies that provide better service.
