I've bought from snoozy a few times and actually love the new snoozy collctive membership. I cancelled after 2 months when I had bought all the beddings I need for the next year lol

Didn’t change anything else, just added this to my space. It’s surprising how something small can shift the whole vibe.

I don't know how else to describe it, but I feel more protected and comforted when I go to bed now. It's a small shift that feels big.

Scam £19 monthly membership with no warning

I have been signed up to a monthly subscription of £19 per monthly without my permission. I have emailed but no response. Not even received the order I placed 2 weeks ago yet. I’ve checked all my emails and no where does it state I’ve signed up to any kind subscription also did not receive any emails about this membership! Scam!

This company is a total SCAM

This company is a total SCAM. I haven’t received my order and I made an order over a month ago. I have also noticed £19 being taken out of my account the other day and I had no idea. I don’t know how to cancel this because I didn’t make an account or anything. Please do not purchase from them

Scam Warning: Hidden Monthly Charges

Snoozy uses deceptive tactics to secretly enroll customers into a £19/month “membership” just for buying a discounted product — no consent, no clear warning, and no way to cancel. This is fraud under UK law.

They completely ignore refund requests, and only respond when you post about them publicly. Even then, they dodge the issue. They took money from me without permission repeatedly, and I’m a minor — this is illegal and already being reported to banks, Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and the police.

⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs. If you’ve been scammed too, report it. Companies like this get shut down when we speak up.

Hi Rhona,

We’re really sorry to hear how you feel—this was never our intention. I’ve checked with our customer service team and saw you were already in touch last week and received a full refund. We don’t want anyone to feel unhappy or misled, and we fully understand your frustration.

Just to clarify: the product you purchased was part of a special offer that requires a Snoozy Collective membership, which is why the subscription was included and why you received the discounted price. This should have been clearly shown during checkout, but I’ve already flagged this to our IT team so we can make it even more transparent going forward.

We also noticed that our reminder emails about the trial period were temporarily inactive for the past 1.5 weeks - that’s completely our mistake, and we take full responsibility.

We genuinely hope you’ve still enjoyed the product itself, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I placed and order, my items weren’t shipped until 7th June and on the 18th June I was charged a further £19. I emailed on the 20th June to ask what it was and for it to be cancelled immediately. I was informed it’s a ‘membership charge’ which must have been in the smallest of font at the check out but was told it’s also in their T&Cs. On checking the T&Cs it is clear that a free 14 day trial begins on the day your item is shipped and payment for membership won’t be processed until the 14 days has passed unless cancelled within the trial period. In my case my trial period should not have ended until 21st July and therefore they’ve breached the T&Cs by firstly taking payment on the 18th (before the trial ended) and also I duly cancelled on 20th so within the 14 days so where is my refund as I’ve acted in accordance with the conditions! Shameful!

Hi there,

We’re really sorry for the frustration this has caused—we hear you. I’ve just checked our records and can see you canceled on the 20th, which is indeed within the 14-day trial window. That means you’re absolutely entitled to a full refund, and I also see that you did get fully refunded last week.

To clarify: the 14-day free trial does start from the shipping date, and the £19 charge only applies after that if the membership isn’t canceled. It looks like your charge on the 18th may have been processed too early, which would be our error. We’ve flagged this with our team to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

This particular offer does come with a Snoozy Collective membership, which is what makes the discounted price possible but we agree the terms need to be clearer, and we’ve asked our IT team to make them more prominent at checkout.

Again, we’re truly sorry for the trouble and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Membership scam

Literally avoid this company it’s a massive scam. After ordering i never got a tracking number. Had to ask. Then half my order ran out of stock and they didn’t tell me until i asked what takes so long to ship. Then i got hit with a hidden membership fee 2 weeks later that was not disclosed to me. I emailed them ab it and they claimed it was in my order. I went back to my original email and there was no membership on my order. Literally order from any other place this has been a communication nightmare of an experience

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience! it’s definitely not what we want anyone to go through. We’ve tried checking our system but weren’t able to locate your name or order, so please feel free to reach out to our customer service team directly so we can get this resolved for you.

Just to clarify: the product you purchased was part of a special discounted offer that includes a 14-day free trial of our Snoozy Collective membership. This allows us to offer the lower price, and the membership details should have been shown at checkout—but we completely understand your concern, and we’ve already flagged this to our team to make it even more clear moving forward.

As for the shipping issues and communication delays, we sincerely apologize. That’s on us, and we’re actively working to improve this process so it doesn’t happen again. Please reach us at hello@snoozysleeps.com if your case haven't been fully solved yet.
