This is a F'ing scam. These guys took my Money on two cars and then I find out that not one but both policies did not go through. I have tried to resolve this for over 6 months and have not fix my cars!!! They are just awful. Never been treated so bad!!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at SnoopDrive. Without any prior notice or explanation, my account was unexpectedly terminated, despite consistent monthly payments and only three payments remaining to complete my contract. Upon attempting my latest payment, I logged into my account to see that the account was "cancelled by Administrator." It appears others on here have faced similar issues, suggesting a troubling pattern.
This abrupt cancellation has resulted in a loss of $2,664.64 paid toward the contract, with no claims made against the contract. I find this practice highly unethical and I will be pursuing legal recourse while reporting the matter to the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I strongly advise others to approach this company with caution.

My warranty contract was through DLP for six years and unlimited mileage. I received an email that my contract was terminated and that I will be able to sign up for a new contract with the new warranty provider. After a month, the new (50% off deal) is going to cost more for only 2 years -- what about the money I already paid and is now lost towards the DLP contract - I have been paying for 2 years!!!!
I asked what would happen if my vehicle needed service in the meantime, and they said it would be my responsibility despite the cancellation not being my fault. Given that I was paying for a six-year warranty and completed two years of payments, those payments are now worthless. Therefore, I am owed a refund for the unused portion, but I have little confidence that it will be issued.
If this situation is not resolved by the end of the week, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and considering legal action.

My contract was through DLP and when I went to find out why they hadn’t taken my June payment I was informed that my contract was canceled on May 30 with no communication to myself. It has now been over two weeks since I had to call the find out what was going on and they claim they’re working on the website to get it resolved so I can sign up for a new policy at 50% off with a-rated provider. I’ve asked them what would happen if my vehicle needed servicing and their answer is that it will be up to me to take care of because the policy was canceled due to no fault of my own keep in mind. Technically they owe me a refund. I chose to pay for my 5 year warranty over two years, I was 1 year into the payments when they cancelled it. Well that one year of payments technically covers 2 1/2 years of premiums. So I should be getting a refund for the overage, but I’m sure that will never happen. Every time I call them, I end up having to leave a message and end up emailing them and continue to get the runaround. I was told last week I would have a response by Friday with a phone call or an email to get signed up for the new warranty. as of today Monday the 23rd no response. I reached out to them again was informed that I would be receiving an email tonight and that they would follow up within 24 hours. It is now almost 7 PM and no email has been received and I’m sure there will be no follow up within 24 hours either. If this isn’t resolved by the end of the week, we will be going to the Better Business Bureau and probably talking to a lawyer.

After paying for a year, I was told that warranty never was paid for by SnoopDrive. My Transmission went out on my Truck and now there saying I am not covered because they never got paid, and I have had no response.
I got a response: I appreciate all of your patience while we looked into this matter. Your coverage administrator, Sentinel, was recently bought by another company, Protective. Our lender, PayLink, pays the coverage administrator directly for your policy. Unfortunately, PayLink has not been able to send the funds for your policy to Protective despite numerous attempts.
At this point, we do not feel that this issue will get worked out in a timely manner to service your claim. We are requesting that PayLink issue a refund of the payments you have made toward your coverage. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you believe this? After all the payments, they said they will refund rather than fix my car. I need a good Class action lawyer and an insurance report.

I believe snoop drive is a scam I haven't got my car fixed then they are saying that it's up to DLP to fund my repairs then they said they're going in and talking to their lawyers and I still haven't heard anything yet everybody is saying the same thing I see a lawsuit coming along I spend a lot of money for my car to be fixed and it's still not fixed

If you’re considering doing business with SnoopDrive, I strongly urge you to think twice. My experience has been a nightmare, weeks without a repair and still, my car is still not fixed due to an apparent dispute between SnoopDrive and their warranty administrator, DLP.
Here’s the issue: I purchased a warranty contract that now isn’t being honored because DLP claims the contract isn’t “funded.” As a customer, I shouldn’t be caught in the middle of internal corporate dysfunction. SnoopDrive sold me the vehicle and the warranty—they are my point of contact and are ultimately responsible for ensuring what they sell is legitimate and supported.
Despite multiple reassurances and vague updates like, “We’ve escalated this to legal,” or, “We’ve shared your information with their attorney,” absolutely nothing has been resolved. Meanwhile, I’m left without a working vehicle and no clear answers, caught in an endless game of finger-pointing. DLP says to talk to SnoopDrive. SnoopDrive says to wait on DLP. Meanwhile, I’m stuck.
This isn’t just poor service—it borders on fraudulent. If a company sells a product or warranty, they are accountable for ensuring it works as advertised. Anything less is unacceptable.

I’ve had no issues with my car so far, but I like knowing that I’m covered if anything happens. The online support is a little slow, but they get the job done

I was so excited when I saw this benefit offered through my employer. I saw a few good reviews so I cancelled my warranty from the Dealership and signed up with this company for both the warranty and DriveClub membership with payroll deductions. The payroll screwed up the deductions and when I tried to get answers they told me to contact SnoopDrive.
I decided to cancel DriveClub because I could never get the app to work and the benefits weren't worth it to me. I continue to be charged to date.....
It was a task getting someone on the phone, hard to get in touch with anyone at the company. Then after eventually getting in touch with someone, SnoopDrive unilaterally cancelled my warranty but not the membership!!! 🙃 I have not been able to get any answers since. So I have paid out a chunk of money for absolutely nothing. Really disappointed.

Straight up liars, I sent them a cancellation email with all the details of my account cancellation, got a response in 1 week that the account has been cancelled and they still keep charging funds from my account. Please avoid this company at all cost!!

I've received grievances, and in my opinion, their guidelines are fully clear if examined thoroughly. I followed this approach and faced no difficulties with reimbursements for either of my two cars.
