Solid experience, great quality product that also did miracles for my relentless sciatica pain that made my life miserable. I've seen some people criticize the leg pillow but for me I ordered the back massager and it does work very well for my needs. So I'm happy to recommend the brand.

Does not honor “90 day guarantee”. Reached out to return the product after a few days of receiving it. I emailed 4 times only to get repetitive email responses without any instructions on how to return the product. Now I’ve been completely ghosted and had to proceed with disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away!

This company is a scam order bsck massager on 17th of June paid for expedited shipping and shows the same movement on the 25th as same as on June 20th no phone number to call I am going to refute it with credit card and show all the bad reviews.

I would give these guys zero stars if I could they are ridiculous to deal with. I purchased a smooth spine and believe that the 90 day no risk guarantee was real… But it is not. In order to return the product you either have to ship it back to the Netherlands or they will offer you 30% as a refund and you get to keep the product which you probably don’t want at this point anyway just awful. I can’t believe they’re allowed to do business here in the US.

Warning!! Do not buy. Terrible product and false advertising!! Returns are impossible and even fighting it with my credit card company smooth spine lies and said they never received my item back. Luckily I had tracking on it!!

I wish I had read the reviews on here b4 buying. I got the smooth spine pillow via a Facebook ad. The pillow that arrived is incredibly hard, it hardly bends at all, unless I squash it with my fingers and even then, it take a bit of strength to bend it, and in sleep it aches my legs and because it doesn’t bend at all under the weight of my leg, it means that when I sleep on my side, my legs are very far apart, causing issues with my back, it feels quite uncomfortable. There seems to be hardly any memory foam material in this. It feels like just very hard foam.
Returning it seems like a bad option. They make a point of saying 3 times in their email to me that some pillows sent back to them never make it to their warehouse due to “unforeseen instances”, a useless explanation to prepare me for wasting more money when sending back to them. Instead, they offer 20% refund (50% if you push it) if I just keep it.
I will not be buying from them again. You can get the same thing for €7 in Temu, and if it’s bad, you only wasted a 4th of the money you’ll waste on the smooth spine pillow. Btw, you can get the same pillow by the same company on Amazon in half the price (not reduced price on offer, just their normal price). So on their website they quote double the price of Amazon. Strange, no?
Also, just for size and weight purposes, I weight 78 kilos and am 1.70m tall, so I'm not tiny and weightless that my leg wouldn't squash the memory foam enough.

The product was not a fit for my needs. The 90 day risk free trial is very deceptive. You have to ship the product back to the Netherlands to get the "risk free" full refund - 3x the original product cost for those in the US! They only offer 30% instant refund. At least they communicate which is why 2 stars instead of just one.

I bought the smooth spine pillow online, trusting in its 90day “easy returns” policy. I found the pillow uncomfortable to sleep with. When I asked for a return, they told me that I could either get 20% of my purchase price back or I would have to return it to The Netherlands!!

I checked my order status and was told that there was no such order number. I have emailed the company and stated that if I do not receive an answer from them, I will be reporting them as a scammer on both Facebook and X formerly Twitter.

This pillow caused more pain to my hip area, it absolutely don’t work, don’t waist your money! I’m going to call it a loss and trash it, absolutely ridiculous!!!

In reality the pillow is considerably smaller than it appears in ads.
It does not stay in place.
Return policy is a joke. While the pillow was mailed within the USA in order to return for a refund it must be returned to another the Netherlands. Smoothspines response was to tell me postage to return would be my responsibility and would be quite expensive (read more than the cost of the tiny pillow) they offered a refund if $11. That is correct. $11.00 while the cost was $35.95. Obviously this is a way for the company to still profit as who would pay shipping costing more than what the item cost.

The pillow I ordered was uncomfortable and created additional pain in my hips. I went to return the item where I was told that I had to ship the pillow to the Netherlands, and I was responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs were “nonrefundable.” I looked at my packaging, and the pillow was shipped from California. The cost to ship to the Netherlands is more than the pillow is worth. This appears to be a strategy to cause people not to return items, which benefits the company not the consumer. I would not recommend this company.
