A company doesn't respect the customers at all

Promised shipping shipping time is 2-5 business days. However, my order placed over 2 weeks, never shipped. I asked them, and I think they consider a customer email is offensive to them. So this ridiculous company sent me 2 emails at same time on the same day. One told me the two items I ordered are out of stock, after two weeks, yes. The other email told me my order are on the way to me with a tracking number. I have no idea what's happening and I asked them, no reply at all. Then they sent me one more email with different tracking number to inform me my order is on the way. Then, another week passed, there is an refund on my credit card. I felt insulted by this company, twice.
