Charging for impressions kit $50 when I needed to cancel because of me being out of work another $25 for cancellation fee why do I have to pay a cancellation fee? They said my impression were not viable have to pay for another kit

The fit is amazing it matches my natural bite to a tee. I’ve purchased flippers from other companies and I couldn’t bite down correctly. Their precision and shade matching is top tier. My smile actually looks better now than before I had the missing tooth.Their customer service is top tier they are very responsive. They helped me get my confidence back. 10/10 I would recommend.

I was hesident on ordering such an important personal item such as a partial denture from the internet, but to my surprise this company is professional, detailed and most of all, affordable. I fell and knocked my bottom four teeth out and now they look amazing! Thank you smile Boutique NY!!

In my opinion; this is a scam. I paid for my device, received my kit and did the impressions and sent the picture via email to them. They dragged their feet so that the 7 day cancellation policy passed. Then sent me an email telling me what I already paid for “won’t work” for my teeth and that I have to send an additional $200 to get a device that will work. They would not refund me and said that it was too late. I feel like this was a scam. I’ve used a partial for years and have not ever had any issues before. This looked easier and cheaper - I was wrong.

The timeline they gave me was accurate, the process was simple. Once my pictures were approved I sent everything in as instructed. I did not have to wait for responses to my photos more than a few minutes. Received my flexible flipper 2 days ago and it exceeded my expectations! I put this off for a long time because I was afraid it was a cheap scam. It's not!
