Shady company that claims you signed up for recurring orders when you never did! I ordered Smileactives one time only and then I find out my PayPal account was charged for another shipment which I never signed up for! Shop elsewhere!

While this toothpaste is fine, the company has fraudulent practices. I was tricked into buying a two for one. Unbeknownst by me, they signed me up, not only for an ongoing subscription, but also a $92 package which contained one tall tube of toothpaste and a small tube of bleach. They have been taking an ongoing payment out of my account for the past two months and there’s even another one coming out in August, despite my cancellation of the subscription. Now they tell me they will refund my money if I send everything back .I really think they have tricked a lot of people into buying this $92 package. They sign you up for it automatically , when all you are doing is ordering some toothpaste. I’ve tried reporting it to PayPal, and I am sure that they have many people who have tried to get their money back from this company. It’s really unfortunate that they have fraudulent practices like this, because the toothpaste is actually OK ,and I would’ve continued ordering it as I ran out. However, after this, I will never order from this company again. Buyer beware

Awful customer service and shady business operations. They autoship things you don't agree too and do NOT send any kind of notification that its even coming so you can't dispute or change it in advance. Then you have to pay the return shipping for stuff you never agreed too. The price of the autoship is also more than you would pay by buying as a one off purchase. Total scam; learn from my mistake and do not buy from this company.

Seems like they do this to a lot of customers. They charge your account not even 30 days after the first payment. I have called my bank to report this and to a charge back. There website says every 3 months and they do this without notifying you. Scam and the product doesn't event work.

DON'T DO IT - I had a weak moment and ordered it first in May 2025 and then got another shipment charged exactly 30 days later. I ordered as a guest through paypal so didn't have a log in credential. When I tried to set it up to cancel subscription, it said site is down for maintenance. When I called customer service, it sends you into a loop where you can never speak with anyone or change order. Thankfully I was able to cancel auto-payment through Paypal but stuck with an extra month of product without authorizing it. Lesson learned. TOTAL SCAM

You don't want this product! It does NOT work. They want $88 for a tube of toothpaste! They have extremely poor customer service. They do Not stand by their product. They want You to pay for shipping it back, then want to penalize you and charge You for shipping it to you after you already told them to cancel...double charge!!! Products do NOT WORK!

I used this for a full tube still have a tube left got the second delivery my bad I should have called earlier $62 for the next tube the product does not work when trying to cancel the customer service rep of course doing their job kept trying to sell sell sell sell I ended up getting angry because they wouldn't listen you cannot send back an unopened tube so I suggest you don't even buy it.

TOTAL SCAM. Abso Hell. Tried the Intro 2 for 1 and wanted to head off the auto-ship of 3. Tried to log in-perpetual update on log in site, Tried Chat- circle jerk, finally called - who knows what country-...they said it's cancelled, we'll see. SCAM> What was I thinking :/

Ordered their product to try. Order number: SPSA153480

It didn't work. Got an email saying they're sending more product and charging me again. I called CS (more than once) and said I never subscribed. They canceled my order and "subscription," but said I had to return the second shipment and they would refund my money. I shipped it back the same day I received it. They've had the returned product since 06/11/25 and they've not refunded my money yet.

This company makes money by backhandedly subscribing you. This is why CA has passed a law against companies hiding their intent to create a subscription.

The product does not work. They cheat and lie to you when you call them. They DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES OVER THE PHONE.

Turned my tongue black after using for about a week. No way to contact these grifters. Websit, chat and call are all experiencing technical difficulties but the assured me they were working on it. Right

It's a total fraud. It has no effect on stains or whitening your teeth. When I tried to cancel because they sign you up for auto shipping they kept part of what they should have refunded and the call was answered it sounded like at someone's house in central America with roosters crowing nearby. Don't waste your money. Crests new whitening finally is a product where I can actually see results.

Total scam. If you are interested in trying the product go through Amazon. If you order through Smileactives website they sign you up for automatic renewal w/o your knowledge until you see charges to your CC then it is hell to get them to stop sending and cancel something you never signed up for. You then have to absorb the expenses of sending the product that you did not order back to them.
Had to call and spend 30 min. on the phone with call center rep. that was difficult to try and resolve with only to three days later get email notification that you will be receiving new product in July, August and September.
I now need to contact Credit Card company to ensure no additional charges permitted for these scammers.
Product does not work either.
Not possible to give zero stars but that is what these scammers deserve.
Like anyone has time for this BS these days.

Smile active charged me without knowing for new product when I just purchased said product 2 weeks ago. Can't get money back per customer service. They are a bunch of money grabbing pigs! Canceled account and hopefully they will lose thousands more due to this poor review.

I ordered on line 5/8/25, and never authorized any subscriptions, however, I received another bottle on 6/09/2025 and was charged on my credit card. I called to cancel and get a return authorization. The customer service rep was not only rude, but ended up hanging up on me. The product hasn't shown any improvement in whitening my teeth. This is a total scam and I would warn others not to order it.

Terrible experience. They renewed my order and charged me again. To my knowledge, I didn’t sign up for auto renewal. They said it would take 3-5 business days to get a refund but could not email me the specific amount. Cannot be trusted. They should be shut down!

This place doesn’t deserve one star!! First it’s not a “one time purchase “ they make it difficult to cancel on top of that tell you oh even though you cancelled your still getting billed more because the shipment we sent is for so many months whole thing is misleading!! What a shame! I’m sharing my experience where ever i can!
