I have been in search for a very specific heart-shaped brown/orange/champagne fancy diamond. A good friend of mine recommended me to this company. I reached out to Customer Support to ask them some questions on the diamonds shown on their website. I was very happy to quickly find several options on what I was looking for. Alex, immediately messaged me back to help answer my questions. I have been on a bit of a time crunch so he was able to overnight the diamond to me and I received it the next day before noon! Very fast! Alex went above and beyond in helping me. The Diamond is absolutely beautiful and I look forward to surprising my girlfriend!
