I have been buying their product for my rabbit and cavie for several months now. Their products are far superior to any of the products I have bought in the past. They are beautifully packed and compared to the other products on the market they last longer. You open the box of hay and you can smell the freshness.
I will never go back to the old products.

I truely thought this company was very good, until i had to RAISE CONCERNS about the forgein body that i have found not only the 1 time BUT twice. Bale hay string ( plastic shredded objects ) found in the Timothy hay boxs . My exoctic pet almost chocked to death on the particle. Please all pet owners who relys on the hay, PLEASE THROUGHLY CHECK FOR PLASTIC SHREDDED BALE HAY STRING in your boxs. Im still extremely upset regarding the managers response ! Not acceptable at all. Just to BRUSH IT OFF WITH AN EMAIL 😡 wish i had the option to share the snap shot of the forgein body

After 7 years as a customer to a company I loved, the customer service manager, Grace, has single-handedly driven me away for good. When I needed to upgrade my card on file, it made their system process an extra order, charging me twice. After trying repeatedly to explain this, the customer service manager refuses to refund the charge, unless I pay the shipping to send back the order I never made. It's really disappointing that my relationship with this company was ruined by what seemed like a simple technical error.

I have been on hold a dozen times only for someone to hang up. The hours are through 8 PM Eastern time, and I have been trying to get through since 6 PM Eastern. They don't even say hello. As for the website, I have removed my old addresses repeatedly from my account and my phone numbers only to have them back again the next time I place an order. This is the most frustrating site to use. I have 1,000 points and cannot redeem them because when I click on Rewards, my cart empties but once you copy the code, the reward is taken out of your account. I wish they had a zero-star selection.

Pestavert Gel is nothing short of AMAZING! My cat has had chewing lice for about 6 months now. Front Line Plus didn't work, Pet Armor didn't work, Advantage didn't work...you get the idea. When I found Pestavert on the Small Pet Select website, I ordered it out of desperation. I applied it to my cat's stomach first to test for any adverse reaction. When he didn't show any, I applied it to the rest of him. Three hours later, I used a flea comb on him, and there were SO MANY dead lice on him, I could hardly believe my eyes. I will be using this product from now on - and nothing else! Pestavert is AMAZING. Quit wasting your money on other products, and buy this now! You won't regret it!! As an aside, the product was delivered to me in 2 (business) days...so very FAST shipping! And kitty's skin and fur is so soft after using Pestavert. Really, you should buy this product now.

I absolutely don't know what I would do without this company, I purchase from them atleast twice a month to re stock my chinchillas goodies. The products are excellent quality and really good pricing as well. Our boys are obsessed with the toys so thank you Small Pet Select for existing!

I purchase their 25 lb box of Timothy hay on autoship for my Guinea pigs, bunny & chinchilla and they all love it! I had one instance where the box came opened with some bugs and brown hay in it. I sent them photos of it and they immediately sent me a replacement box! They have great customer service. My chinchilla loves their alfalfa cubes and my bunny LOVES the Belinda’s blend. I also get the dried bell pepper pieces to put in a treat ball for my Guinea pigs which they adore :)

Their items are always of such good quality and delivery is so quick! I know my guinea pigs love the bedding I purchase from them, and I personally can't wait to see what little love note has been written on the box to say thanks - it's great customer service!

First time buyer, bought some hay and a few of their herbal blends which my bunny is loving! Sent them a message regarding one pack in particular. Nothing negative just something not quite right. Today I found a message stating I had a delivery due from them which confused me. Turns out they’ve sent me a free blend! Far too generous of them, I’m sure my bunny will be happy but they certainly didn’t need to send a replacement. Very grateful and will definitely do business with them again.

The BEST customer service! We have a bunny who cannot live without the timothy hay we get from Small Pet Select so we have a subscription. It comes on time every month and is the same high quality every time! If I need to change anything they are just a click away. I called once last minute and added a box of treats and it was instant! I highly recommend them.
