I can’t say enough good things about my Sleep Number bed! It has completely transformed the way I sleep. Being able to adjust the firmness to my exact preference—and even change it day to day—has made a huge difference in my comfort and rest. The dual settings are perfect for my partner and me, so we both wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. It’s truly the best investment I’ve made for my sleep and overall well-being.

I walked into a sleep number store after researching and deciding that I wanted to try one out to see if all the hype was true. I had a wonderful experience in the store. The associate was very attentive and informative in discussing the different types of beds with us. The bed is totally worth it!

They weren't trying to sell me. They gave me the facts about the bed and the app and what it could be used for. I ended up saying no, and they were fine with that. Then a week later I came back and bought the bed. Everyone is really chill, and I prefer that kind of experience.

99% of the SN folks I have talked with have been so helpful. One was very rude, but I’m hoping she was just having a bad day and maybe handled the next person a little more nicely. Over all, almost everyone has been super helpful and patient. I’d buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Everything with Sleep Number from the beginning of the process has been great from trying out beds with Ann in the store, to ordering everything, to the great delivery crew, and exploring all of the ways our Sleep Number bed helps us get comfortable and better sleep!

We have really enjoyed being able to set each side of our beds to our own personalized settings. For years, I settled on mattresses because my husband and I did not like the same kind of bed, and now I get to sleep just how I want!

We had a great experience at sleep number. We had a tempurpedic for years and loved it, so we went to look at some and then decided we would stop off at sleep number just to make sure we were making the right decision. We laid on one bed and were sold! We e have had it for almost two years now and we still love our bed. We got a split king because we already had split king adjustable bases, I have MS and get really bad muscle cramps at night, being able to lift my legs up is essential, so we were so happy we were able to get the split one through sleep number. We also really liked the employees at the Folsom CA store, they were so kind and didn’t try and annoy us with over selling things, it was the perfect amount. We now also use their sheets and their pillows. I LOVE the sheets we have because of the band that goes under each corner, holds the sheet in place perfectly and smoothly! And I could not sleep without my fave pillow, the one with the curve in it, OBSESSED. So yeah, definitely happy customers here!
