I first ordered through wowcher after a lot of messing around I cancelled my order through no fault of the merchants,it was wowcher at fault I re- ordered the same bed at eBay with the same merchant bed busters, the bed was due on the Thursday I received a call from Emma on Tuesday asking if I could reschedule to Saturday which suited me better. the bed arrived on time, I received a text the day before with a morning time slot and the driver rang to let me know when he was half an hour away,the bed and mattress are perfect and exactly as advertised .I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I can’t fault the company or the bed/mattress and a lot cheaper than anywhere else

I bought this Bed looked good bought through amazon bed bases well the material was coming of the bases I had to re staples them both once bed was built was time for the mattress. Wow what a surprise the mattress sent was nothink like the one advertised was cheap inferior substitute and deafenley not what I had ordered so I contacted amazon who did surgest a return but I am disabled so I had to pay some one to dismantle old bed and build new bed so would mean I would have to pay again then again once bed replaced so not being rich I couldn't afford that I explained that to amazon so they offered me a £26 refund and then it went up to £52 but having just paid £520 for the thought it a bit of a insult so amazon waste of time so next call is contacting trading standards has sleep factory are advertising one product but supplying rubbish in its place

Excellent Quality and Price
I've ordered 2 mattresses from Sleep Factory. One 5 years ago and the other last month. They were for my aunt who has osteoperosis. Both mattresses were excellent quality. The service was very fast and the people so kind and helpful. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend. Thanks!

The awfulest experience in my life. If you fancy spend money for sleeping on a floor with big mess around go to this company they are the best 👌 at spoiling peoples lives. Delivery man was such in a hurry and forgot to unload the mattress, I had to shout after him, he did not provide the order document. When assembling the bed, it turned out that they brought us parts from THREE different beds! HTREE!Do you hire blind people? We have been sleeping on the floor for the fourth night, I have a bad back, the managers are not in a hurry to deliver our bed to us. I am so close to nervous breakdown. I have never met dumber people in my life.I will do everything possible to save people of buying from you. I will make your company famous. It's ridiculous 😤

I wouldn't buy from these again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. I bought a double bed through Wowcher and was given a delivery date that was a month away. The first time they tried to deliver, they gave me a delivery date and time of any time up until 11pm - I took the day off work and cancelled my night out only for no-one to turn up. Was contacted a few days later with an apology that the van had broken down. The 2nd time they tried to deliver (again I took the day off work) the driver had rung in sick so it wasn't delivered. The 3rd time they tried to deliver, someone did actually turn up at my door but they didn't have a mattress so didn't give me anything. The 4th time, the van had broken down again. Finally on the 5th attempt and a very long time after ordering, it was delivered but the bed is very cheaply made and there is no way to attach the headboard to the bed. I don't expect it to last very long. Don't waste your money on what seems like a bargain - you may never get what you ordered and if you did, it won't last long.

Got a bed from here on Wowcher, never again.
Got a bed from here on Wowcher and this was the wrist thing we had ever done, first of all it arrived late and was not delivered until about 10pm on night and then the bed it’s self is so poorly and cheaply made that all of the base is all bent within a couple of weeks and we both now as such bad backs as no support in the bed at all.
We also had to replace the wheels that were on the bed within a week as they all bent.
This company and its products are not fit for purpose and should not be trusted to supply goods like this.
Now going to have to replace at extra cost.

After reading the reviews here I can't lie, I was a little worried. However I can't say I've had any of the problems that other people have had.
I received an email as it said I would and gave me a deliver address about a week before it was due. It said I would get an email the day before to confirm a 3 hour delivery window but I actually got a call the day before to confirm the delivery aswell. I hadn't received my email so I called on the morning and a lovely lady called Emma confirmed the driver was out twice so I would get the message after he loaded up for a second time which I did. He arrived in the delivery window with no problems.
The bed is as described and good value for money for a small double divan with 2 draws, mattress and headboard. I couldn't ask for much more. Thank you sleep factory!

Massive red flag!!!
Massive red flag!!!! Please read these reviews before you purchase. I'm way over a month and still no correct bed. Back and forth on the phone, a different excuse every time. First delivery driver never got off his head set, gave us a double because he gave someone ours. Two weeks later (today 28th Jan 2025) they come to my house to " collect wrong bed and deliver correct new bed" this was confirmed the night before my the company. The delivery driver was only there to swap the headboards about ?? Really, is that the best they can do ? I called up. Absolutely livid. I listened to the excuses. I told them they had my money and have not delivered my goods. Absolute thief's. Woman said when she came off call she would need to send me an email in order to cancel. Nearly 10 hours ago. Still waiting. I have contacted wowcher and they have also contacted. If not sorted ASAP then taking it further. Do not order from these low life's. Happy to take your money but not give you your goods. Absolutely shady. Will look forward to the next steps because if they don't refund me my money and also my
" speedy delivery " charge ( which is laughable ) then they are going to regret it as I won't lay down and let it blow over. I will take it further and further until it's fixed. Disgusting and vile company.

Bed will do, service will NOT
The bed is OK, can tell it’s quite cheap, but I didn’t have a lot of money and used Wowcher so didn’t expect high quality just something that would do.
The company itself are just rude though; I got a call on 06/01 to have someone mumble about a bed due for delivery on the 11/01, I am wasn’t actually expecting it until 23/01 so I said as much because I wasn’t available on 11th, guy mumbled about not knowing why I got told 23rd, so I said no worries, I’ll make 11th work, he then hung up before I could say anything else.
I only received an email to confirm a new delivery date on day before delivery, and then on the day the delivery man was awful!!
He asked where I wanted it, living in an upstairs maisonette I asked if he could get it upstairs with me, his instant reaction was “nah, nah I don’t carry it upstairs” this is despite me paying about £40-£50 in delivery costs.
I could not fit the whole bed at the bottom of the stairs because it’s a tiny square of floor so I had to drag each piece up the stairs on my own (a 5’1 woman) just so the next piece of bed could fit at the bottom of my stairs.
I wouldn’t mind, it was a divan so not the heaviest (especially with two of us carrying), but it was very big and awkward for me to get up on my own.
Based on my experience with this company, I’d never use them again, they were rude and unprofessional all round.

Think twice about ordering from this company or through Wowcher.
Only sent 1 bed instead of 2 before christmas so only one child had a christmas present.
Then after a 2 week delay then sent the other in a different colour to the other one. Then discovered they sent one half of the divan with wheels and one half with sliding castors so the 2 halves of the beds aren't the same height. Also missing 1 of the joining brackets to connect the 2 divan bases together. A joke of a company and should be avoided at all costs.
Refund requests get bounced to wowcher even though you pay them for delivery on their own website.

After reading reviews on here I thought I had made a huge mistake.
Bed mattress and head board ordered. Delivery was estimated for 27.01.25 and what a surprise I got when the email came through to say it would be delivered 23 days early. Also got a text message the day before with a 3 hour time slot and it arrived on the minute.
Also had a call from customer service to say that the mattress ordered was out of stock and would I accept an upgrade (obviously I said yes). Women on the end of the phone was polite and very professional as was the delivery driver who made me aware that if there was any issue then just take a picture and email over and issues will be dealt with promptly. All in I honest don’t have a bad word to say about this company.

WRONG SIZE SORRY MY FAULT I ordered the mattress through WOWCHER…
I ordered the mattress through WOWCHER The mattress arrived rolled up unfortunately I didn’t realise I’d ordered the wrong size which was a super king and my bed is an actual euro king size. I contacted the company SLEEP FACTORY immediately and explained the situation to them. They told me I had to. return the mattress of my own accord. The price I was quoted to return the mattress was £150 and upwards I paid £180 for the mattress plus £20 delivery through WOWCHER I contacted WOWCHER they said I’d have to resolve it with this company and since that time, which is the beginning of December it has been going back-and-4th WOWCHER refused to give me any support with this and this company SLEEP FACTORY have refused to give me any reasoning with this issue. SLEEP FACTORY have given different reasons not to have this mattress returned they have said it needed to be rolled up. I don’t know how that can be done if it was compressed when it came, also it needed to be returned in a certain amount of time. I’m at my wits end. I’m now left with a 6 foot mattress which I can’t use and £200 out of pocket. I don’t know where else I can take this issue. I’m so disappointed in WOWCHER customer service and also this company SLEEP FACTORY I made a mistake. I admitted that and I was quite willing to pay something to send the mattress back but not the price of the mattress. It doesn’t make sense. I asked WOWCHER if I could not use the same delivery company that delivered the mattress and which I’ve paid the £20 to have it delivered. I was quite willing to pay a bit extra But SLEEP FACTORY responded by saying they use their own delivery drivers, what is that?

Hate customer services that don't
Hate customer services that don't, won't answer the phone. All I want is a closer delivery time as 8am-7pm is ludicrous when you don't live in or on the premises. Emails don't get answered, delivery days get changed, be interesting to see if the 3rd update on delivery is actually made.

Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company, do not buy from them. Never deliver when promised. My son who is suffering from cancer was promised a delivery but , on the morning of proposed delivery day, he received a phone call saying they did not have a driver and it would be 5 days before they could deliver.He had disposed of his own bed ready for the new one, so he was left to sleep on the floor. When the company were contacted all they said was sorry they cannot do anything about it.We all know an agency driver could have been employed immediately, but they were not prepared to do it.Personally I think it was all lies and they never had any intention of delivering on promised day. Never use this company
