Working with Lance was an absolute dream. We got bumped from original flight cancelled by United and Lance worked some magic and not only got us to our destination, but he managed to save us money as well. He was with us through entire trip ensuring that we made all our flights and connections. We intend to use Lance for all our travel going forward and highly recommend him.

Booking agent Nico was excellent. He was highly responsive and flexible with my many requirements and restrictions. He found me one of the lowest cost bookings for business class with minimal stops and excellent flight times.
A small hiccup was the hidden charges from the airlines on booking seats in business class. There still was a free window 24hrs before the flight. This was minor and overall it was a stress free booking.

Working with Vince from SkyWithClass was a real pleasure. I was trying to book several flights to fly halfway around the world with little success. I had a 15 minute conversation outlining what I was looking for. Vince offered a few suggestions and told me he would get back to me within an hour. I received a call back in less then 30 minutes and his proposal for the trip was the perfect solution.

Michelle Pierce has been nothing short of fantastic throughout the booking process. I had numerous questions and concerns, and she simplified the booking extensively. Thankfully, we got the first-class tickets to Barcelona we wanted at a nearly 50-percent discount on Lufthansa, probably the most exclusive transatlantic first-class experience in the world. This was my first time using such a service. I was dubious, concerned about credibility, seat selections, etc. I took the leap. Vince Moreau was great. I was listened to. All my needs were fulfilled, and my concerns were alleviated. A couple of last-minute details came up - Vince was on it and handled everything. I'm planning another trip next April and will definitely use Vince again.
