Coming from an Alienware laptop for the last 10yrs, I had to upgrade my setup to keep up with 3d modeling and scanning advancements. Decided to try out skytech for the first time and was pleased with the outcome. Product arrived on time and intact. Packaging was sufficient in making sure it arrived undamaged. It came with everything that was mentioned in the listing. The online order process went smoothly with no issues, and every bit of info I would need to set it up or troubleshoot was provided once I received the package. The product also came with no bloatware. I would definitely order products from skytech again in the future.

Customer service is awesome
Customer service is awesome. I had issues with my rig crashing and eventually got the blue screen of death. I tried myself and got help from friends but nothing worked. Finally my friend just told me to call. I'm glad I did. Thanks to their technician Timothy N. This guy would not quit even after 2 days. Now I'm back in action. Thank you guys for hiring him.

Keyboard and support are trash!!!
I bought a new computer, but the IO dust plate was bent. I could have overlooked that, but then the keyboard LEDs started flickering before failing completely. After verifying my purchase and warranty with tech support, I was promised a replacement with a tracking number—but never received one. After multiple calls and nearly three weeks of waiting, I finally got through and was told a new unit would be shipped.

It’s a hit or miss
It’s a hit or miss , I sent my pc in bc of problems and they kindly rebuilt me one and I was extremely excited once I got it . Got this new one I couldn’t change the rgb on the left fan and the 3 exhaust. That was ok tho it wasn’t the end of the world . So yesterday I updated my asus driver and it asked to restart my pc and now I’m getting no display signal , it’s been a full day . Their pc are great when they’re working but my lucks been terrible so far sadly .

The computer is great. But it took 2 days and multiple logins to complete the order. My credit card company had to valid the purchase and required me to resubmit. but your system didn't let me use the same credit card a second time.
