This is an amazing calendar

This is an amazing calendar. Customer Service is second to none.
My wife switched after decades of paper calendars for her appointments to this calendar in our new house. A perfect fit for her and we can’t wait to see what else will be added for features. It syncs super easy.

LOVE this calendar

I love this calendar! It’s easy to use, and my kids love checking off their tasks each day. My only recommendation would be a color scale for multiple people on an event. I need to be able to see the colors and know which people are participating in that event. If it’s a one person event, the calendar shows that person’s color, but if it’s a multiple person event the color goes white. As a visual person, seeing the colors of a multiple person event would be super beneficial.

Love the idea of the skylight

Love the idea of the skylight! Love our skylight actually. but i do wish there was an option for dark mode. it currently lights up our entire kitchen and is quite blinding. i may return it if this doesn’t become and option very soon! :(

It is easy to upload photos and I love seeing my family activities. A larger frame would be great too!!! I like the way the current large frame can have two pics side by side too

Stopped working. Terrible support

Worked for about a month and then stopped connecting to WiFi. I called support, chose the WiFi connection prompt and then waited on hold for 40 minutes just to have the support rep do zero troubleshooting and tell me somebody would email me to help. I chose to return it instead as that is terrible support.

Stops family arguments, but some frustrating features

The calendar is good and does stop family arguments over busy schedules, but some of the nuances in the display are frustrating. The month view not starting from today (like the option in the week view), means that at the end of the month you’re looking at a lot of your past and very little of what’s coming up. Scrolling through the months and weeks is also frustratingly non-intuitive: as you can’t do it like every other calendar in the main display area. Frustrating software niggles rather than huge flaws, hopefully subject to a future update.

Can only get the full experience with a subscription

I was excited for this new calendar photo frame to help us stay organized. I saw so many ads for the product I decided to give it a try. What I didn't realize is that in order to access the full capability of the product you have to subscribe. Currently I have a small digital frame for photos that I can only replace if I agree to pay $79 annually for the life of this product. I feel that charging for something like photos on a screen that is included in any other piece of tech is a cash grab. It really has me considering if Im actually going to keep this. Its wild that you pay so much money only to be told you need a subscription to use full functionality.

Creepy Marketing

Product is great. The marketing is creepy.

I feel like I bought Calendar to STOP the ads. Your retargeting frequency is too high, it makes you seem desperate and, more importantly- it shows how transactional you feel we customers are.

Not only that, pre-purchase I received over 60 emails in 45 days. So annoying.

I like the calendar

I like the calendar, but do not like that only 4 of the profile show when it is up for view. I did not like the way it integrated with the air bnb calendar so have to do those manually. I don’t like that when you are setting up a repeat calendar item (like birthdays) you have to click thru the months to get to the year you want to repeat to, or even the month. Very time consuming. Would be easier to just type in the date.

mount set up is a nightmare. Customer service amazing

The customer service is amazing
They took care of me
And now that I have had a chance to use the skylight, I’m nothing but impressed and totally love it

We just received our calendar max today
And in all honesty, so far the set up absolutely SUCKS
your level that comes inside the mount is not even close to being accurate

We now have empty anchors in the wall that we are in the process of removing because following your guide resulted in an extremely crooked screen on the wall
Like it’s literally 1/4 of an inch off

This has now become a 2 hour project from original set up to removing anchors from the wall, patching, painting and moving to another area

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED so far and havent even gotten to the main part

Hoping the actual skylight calendar max experience is good

Arrived promptly but the tatty, torn box it arrived in with the tape that did not hold it together was concerning. Does not so far seem to have any damage to the Frame.

Amazing Device and Helpful Team

My aunty recommended we buy the Skylight Frame on a Thursday afternoon. We purchased two the next day and they arrived Saturday. We set them both up. In setting them up we made a mistake in the spelling of one of the email addresses, I made the mistake of deleting the account instead of trying to fix the email address. I then had issues trying to reset the device. I emailed Skylight at around 7pm or 8pm Saturday night and they sent an auto reply telling me to make sure I included certain information, I replied immediately with everything they needed and they responded back extremely fast asking for some more information. I then sent them that information and they responded again fast. The Sunday morning I reset the device and started again. Everything was fixed. Our device turns on and off itself and we often add photos to it and watch them flick by.

On the Sunday we purchased 2 more and they arrived the next day. I recommended everyone to buy one. We had extremely fast delivery (depending on where you live I guess), they team were extremely helpful and we appreciated the help. If you do make the mistake of typing an incorrect email, try logging in on the internet rather than the app and changing the email address before deleting your account.

Hopefully you don’t need customer…

Hopefully you don’t need customer service or help of any kind. It’s really tricky to get anyone on the phone. I made a mistake when activating my calendar and it’s been nothing but issues since. Unfortunately it seems like it should have been an easy fix but I’ve called multiple times to be on hold for an average of 30 minutes and I’ve emailed with no success of getting someone on the phone. The email correspondence is the same every time wanting the same loop of info about my calendar with no help.
