Sky Glass nightmare
We have had Sky Glass for a number of years and have been a Sky customer for over 15 years, I can honestly say the Sky Glass product is the worst thing we have ever used. Sky have not been able to sort out the issues we are having with the Sky Glass system freezing and just turning itself off, I can guarantee that 1 out of every 2 programs we watch will stop and turn off at least once, I have just tried to watch a live football match and in the 90 minutes it shut down 4 times, when it does reboot and come back on, you have missed 5 minutes. We have had endless phone calls with Sky, where we have done everything from software updates, unplugging our booster pods because apparently this is an issue, didn't work, to moving our router as apparently the fact that a plastic plant pot interferes with the signal, this didn't work either. Our download speeds are well over 350mbps and they have said we only need 30mbps to run Sky glass. Still waiting to have this sorted. I have even considered going back to Sky Q but they need to compensate me for paying for a product that just doesn't work. I would not recommend anyone to get this as it is just a nightmare.
