SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.

BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Terrible quality
I absolutely hate the bras I got and they look nothing like the pictures. I had to look again because I couldn't believe what I received. Completely sheer see through bra with the cheapest looking fabric on the cup. My husband was trying to do something nice for me, we got them on sale so no returning. The delivery was fine which is why I'm giving 2 instead of 1. But I can't believe this is what people are saying is so great. Could have gone to a department store and gotten something better.

Terrible quality . Cheap fabric . Paid for delivery , long waiting 16 days , in the end they sent in a bag like a rag , the whole bra is wrinkled . For the return I was deducted 13,5€ + return delivery I also pay for my own account 8€ and here too 10€ !!!! Ordered for 62€ will only return 48,50 € . I spent money , nerves and time !!

Based on a recommendation from Carollne Winkler I bought a bra from Skims. I'm sure the bra is nice, but their sizing chart is W-A-Y off. Thank goodness I knew I wore a 34C, but their sizing chart (by their measurements) said I wore a 32B. With a bit of reluctance, I ordered that size. Well, the bra cuts me in half and my tits spill out over the top. I won't be ordering again.
