Every time I have done business with Skimo, I have been extremely satisfied. This last transaction was a Jublo ski helmet that had a piece broken. Skimo contacted Jublo and was an advocate for getting me a new replacement. Then Skimo sent me the new helmet to my home in Tucson, AZ.

Solid help
I stopped by Skimo Co last November needing skins for a pair of old Dynafits I found secondhand. Honestly didn’t expect much, but Jake (or maybe it was Jason?) spent like 40 minutes figuring out a good match. Didn’t try to upsell, just actually helped. Ended up getting gloves too. Quiet store, but super dialed in.

Knowledgeable staff
First and foremost I felt like I was communicating with folks that were knowledgeable. In the case of my touring binding purchase very helpful in narrowing down the choices and ultimately choosing which one to go with.
