No jersey which were paid, tracking number not found, no reply

I ordered 4 jerseys on june 4th and received my order number on june 8th. But it is not possible to track the shipping process: As other reviews reported, it appears a message with "no found" regarding my tracking number..so I assume there is no shipping. Get no answer via email...I'm really upset about the situation

The jerseys are high quality

The jerseys are high quality, very comfortable, and reasonably priced. However, they take a long time to arrive. My girlfriend has ordered from the website twice for my birthday, which is today, and both times the jersey took about 3 to 4 weeks to ship.

Terrible Experience

I ordered a shirts with them. I tried to talk in WhatsApp and E-mail....no answer! The Track and Trace site is really bad, so I don't know where is my shirt.

no news in 1 month...

I bought an outfit on June 4, the order is still nowhere to be found on the 30th... no return from Skiller shop by email or whatsapp despite my numerous reminders :-(

Two weeks waiting for some info

I ordered a couple of jerseys on june 16th and recieved my order number on june 17th. But it is not possible to track the shipping process: As other reviews reported, it appears a message with "no found" regarding my tracking number..so I assume there is no shipping...yet.Unfortunately I did not get an answer via email or WhatsApp neither...so it is getting annoying...

tracking info not found

Not recommended

I made a purchase on June 12th after reading reviews and deciding to try my luck. By June 24th I hadn't received any email yet, so I sent one asking about my order. They replied that they were "experiencing some shipping challenges", but that they would ship my order within 7 to 10 days. For now, I don't recommend placing your order here, but I'll do an update if I have any news.

UPDATE (03.07)
They answer here saying I'll get a refund. Never asked for it. I want the shirts I paid. Will update again if I get the shirts or the money.

Waited a whole month yet no updates

Waited a whole month yet no updates on my order. When sending a mail they told me to message them on wapp. After i did that they only read but never answerd on my texts. After a couple hours my text werent getting received so i assume this simply yet another scammer out here wasting our precious time and money. Dont buy here!

Disastrous Customer Experience – Avoid This Seller

Order placed 5 weeks ago.
No updates for 10 days. Almost impossible to get a reply. I finally receive a tracking number… but nothing moves for another 10 days. I keep following up. After 30 days, they say I’ll get a new tracking number, and if there’s still no update after 2 more weeks, I’ll get a refund.
WTF? They promised delivery in 14 days and a refund within 30 if there’s an issue.
They even replied here on Trustpilot saying I was refunded — but that’s just false. Nobody contacted me, no money received.
False promises, zero communication, awful tracking. Avoid this company.

WTF ? La promesse, c’était une livraison sous 14 jours et un remboursement sous 30 en cas de souci.

10 Tage lang keine Informationen. Fast unmöglich, eine Antwort zu bekommen. Schließlich erhalte ich eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer… aber sie bleibt 10 Tage lang unverändert. Ich frage ständig nach. Nach 30 Tagen heißt es, ich bekomme eine neue Nummer, und wenn es nach weiteren 2 Wochen keine Neuigkeiten gibt, bekomme ich vielleicht eine Rückerstattung.
WTF??? Versprochen war Lieferung in 14 Tagen und Rückerstattung innerhalb von 30 bei Problemen.
Sie haben sogar hier auf Trustpilot geantwortet, ich hätte mein Geld zurückbekommen – aber das stimmt nicht. Niemand hat sich bei mir gemeldet, ich habe keinen Cent gesehen.
Falsche Versprechen, keine Kommunikation, katastrophale Nachverfolgung. Unbedingt meiden.

Second time ordering

Second time ordering. Top quality products and good customer service. Slight hiccough with the second delivery, they made up for this by sending a second shirt free of charge. Great selection, will be ordering again!

Slow but steady

Received my package today, after a slight mistake I finally got my shirts, and they are great.

At first my package got lost, which was really unfortunate, but there was no problem when I told them about it. In fact, they acknowledged their mistake without any fuss and they would send the package asap.

The shipping may take a while, but is as described on the site.

As for customer service, it was great, not making a big deal out of anything, being helpful and friendly in their approach. Same as shipping, sometimes it takes a little longer for them to reply, which would be the only thing to be criticised.

Final subject: price/quality.
The shirts are very reasonably priced, I paid €130 for 4 shirts.
When they got here and I unboxed them, I could instantly tell that they were of great quality. Everything was as should.

Unfortunately one of the shirts that I ordered missed the Ronaldinho print, but I was compensated with a free shirt on the next order.

Overall this is a great shop, keep in mind however that it could take up to a month before you receive your order.
