A dysfunctional company with no customer service

Those Skikes look cool and the website is nicely done, yet beware of the false suggested delivery times there. Ordered a set of those Skikes, payment went through well and then... silence. One week, two weeks, no order status updates, nothing. Tried to reach out to their customer service, and nobody picks up the phone, nobody answers emails. Finally, after a 1-1.5 months of wait had to contact my bank to do a chargeback so that I get my money back. Incredibly unprofessional.
