Not only did tickets not receive any response, I am sent a email to review my experience.
My product stopped working, in under half a month, I get no response for tickets submitted.

3-month delivery window
It took almost 3 months for my order to arrive in Australia. With the tracking link updating that the item has been returned to sender. And then some time later, a random Australia Post delivery from "Shipping Dept" no additional details showed up on my email. Didn't know what it was. Then it arrived. Product was good but customer service is very, very poor. I have sent multiple follow up emails regarding my order, they never replied.

Never received the merchandise from SKG
Never received the merchandise from SKG. Checked the progress of the order, the last time, a month ago. This was a month after placing the order. It was still in the Order Received mode, waiting to be shipped. No phone number for SKG. Sent an e-mail to get info on the order and whether it had shipped or not about 3 weeks after placing the order--no response from SKG. Haven't received a refund. Finally, ordered same product from Amazon and it came within a week.
