When I had a computer glitch and I couldn't get into my website for editing I was so frustrated. The reps at site 123 worked diligently with me to troubleshoot and help correct the problem.

For no reason I had my website account deleted as I went to publish my website.

Absolutely no reason for the ban given and no way to restore the account.

Also when you contact them, they say 'I cant handle this, here is another email you can contact' and then you never get a reply. Its almost like your email goes to a graveyard never to be seen again.

In my honest opinion, i have used a range of website builders, make the effort to use WIX or another simpler option could be Canva. DO NOT USE SITE123.

I had an outstanding experience with SITE123’s support team that exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been fortunate to work with Samuel and Sandra in the past, both of whom were excellent. Today, however, I reached out regarding the transfer of my existing domain to SITE123 and my desire to update it using one of their customizable templates.

Max, a Technical Support Agent, assisted me and was fantastic. He understood that I was struggling with the technical side of the domain transfer and didn’t hesitate to step in. He resolved the entire issue promptly and flawlessly.

Builder is cool, but they are treating me really bad for the domain, they’re sending mail to wrong email and they’re making me loose a ton of time to let my site work

I did manage to get DNS verified in the end but it takes a long time for anyone to answer which is frustrating - I mean Im trying to ask a question now but no one has answered yet

Incredible user support. I mean, the website maker itself is really easy to use (vs Wix or others I tried), and the support is off the charts. Round the clock chat support by a real human.

For two years satisfied until they can’t provide me a working email anymore. Their certificate is invalid so I’m working now since two weeks without an email working = means I can’t work. They put every day another person on the chat which I have to explain every day the same issue. I’m leaving.

Used this company for a while, due to a change in direction in life I found myself not needing the website anymore, unbeknown to me there was auto renewal on it. The renewal came out my bank which I flagged up with them straight away this took approx 4 week to sort our and a 30% charge was deducted which I find very unfair
All they had to do was make a simple phone call

The reason why I ain't ready to three is because when I ask a question I get a different answer now they were supposed to give me $15 I put in the card and also now you guys want to take money from me that's robbery but that's how I feel sorry good luck

well i was grumpy for a few seconds and yet Rami hung there with me, helped me isolate a few issues, and was delightful to the end of our chat, I very much appreciate it . I highly recommend Site123, they really do make everything easier.

I tried set up a website but it was impossible task with no help from their team. Furthermore they charged me again fee this year although my account wasn't set up for renewal. I then got patronising email implying I should be very grateful for their grace as they would refund 30% from money they took without permission!!! Avoid them!!!

I order web hosting package and domain name along with it.. i have some technical issues regarding putting in effect domain name, and it was fixed by 123site after 2 days of correspondence and chat with support team

Love this site, it is by far the best place i have worked on to create a website, they have a lot of different designs to choose from and its easy to make it your own. The staff is also very friendliy amd helpfull, they respond quickly and help the best they can
