Horrible response time is too long, I had to beg them for weeks to fix a paperwork they messed up. I called multiple times a week begging them to fix the error they made and was told every day they would handle it but it never happened causing my Texas DPS application to be denied because of their ignorance and unprofessional work staff

It took a few tries to understand what exactly I was being offered and to then get the appropriate quote I needed but after comparing to two other small businesses insurers - I found the best price and a policy that met my needs without over insuring my business so I was quite happy.
