Flawless, absolutely flawless

Completely amazing, as close to a perfect sales experience as you could ask for.

SimCoaches manufacture world class sim racing components. I have previously purchased their P1 Hydraulic pedals and this buying experience only confirmed why i returned as a customer.

The quality and manufacturing standards on my Hydraulic hand brake is as good as a machined equilivant used in a class leading race car. There are very few companys out there producting a product to this standard, simply exceptional.

A hidden diamond when it comes to sim racing gear...

So let me start by saying that I am still a "rookie" by all intents when it comes to sim racing. That said I started out with lower/mid tier gear. And while the pedals that I had were loadcells they made me have a feeling of wanting more. So after some research online I came across SimCoaches.

The first thing that caught my eye about them was that it is an American made product. This was quite attractive to me as I live in America resulting in an easier shipping process and better communication.

Speaking about communication I like to do my homework before making a purchase. So I found SimCoaches on Instagram and sent them a message which was immediately replied to. I continued to speak with them over the course of a month until I made the decision to make the purchase. That said the team there at SimCoaches are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you have the best information to make the correct purchase. For instance they did not try to sell me on the hydraulic pedals as their loadcells were more fitting for my situation even though they are $200 cheaper.

Once I made the purchase I joined their discord channel and they were even more communicative there. They even have a pretty solid community that are very welcoming.

As for the shipping process it only took about 6 days from purchase to arrival, and this included a holiday in between. When the package arrived the boxing was amazing with no issues whatsoever.

As for the product it was easy to setup and very straight forward. The pedals looked absolutely amazing on the rig and are easily adjustable to fit the needs of the end user. However, Lawrence did state that their website is a little out of date and that they are updating it as the product i received was slightly different then the one pictured. However, in my opinion it is a much better product.

The only issue I had was a couple loose bolts on the loadcell attached to the brake pedal. I reached out to the team in discord and immediately had a fix actions within just a few minutes. Obviously it was to just tighten them but wanted to be sure before doing it.

The proprietary software they have for their pedals is quite intuitive and easy to use. Once I was able to get them dialed-in I was already putting up personal best times on multiple tracks. This process only took a couple days to really get the pedals tuned in to my liking.

Overall the entire experience with SimCoaches has been amazing and look forward to future products that they have lined up.

Awesome pedals, even more awesome customer service

I ordered the P1 Load Cell. I received them 11 days later. I noticed a screw was missing on the brake pedal. These things happen unfortunately ! I contacted Sim Coaches and they resolved the problem quickly by sending me the missing screw the same day. I had another minor issue where my pedals were not detected correctly on my PC. This was a software issue and Lawrence talked me through the process to get my pedals working again. Despite all of this, I could not be happier with my purchase. These are high quality pedals made by people who care deeply about their customers.

Don't do drugs kids

Wow, well...Never received pedals because someone said the partner/owner was trying to sabotage the business and withheld products going out. Refund was supposedly issued, we'll see in a few days.

The pedals have had the greatest impact…

The pedals have had the greatest impact on improving my consistency and times in sim racing.
Having numbness in my feet makes it difficult to feel the pedals under my feet.
The adjustability of these pedals allow me to set the travel and stiffness enough to feel them yet not so firm that it causes pain.
The staff that I've dealt with were great.
I found then extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
