My experiences with Silicon Valley Hearing have been very positive. The hearing test given was in a very professional procedure with the results clearly explained. Adjustments and modifications were made to my existing hearing aids which made a profound difference in my hearing ability.

I sincerely recommend Silicon Valley Hearing to individuals just starting the process of obtaining hearing aids and to people with existing hearing aids that made need adjustments and modifications to get a full quality hearing experience.

Every visit to Silicon Valley Hearing is a plus. I am convinced that Dr. Novick is thoroughly devoted to making me hear well, and that attitude is passed to her staff. My most recent visit was sort of minimal, checking out my hearing aids and discussing life after their warranty expires. Still good.

Silicon Valley Hearing audiologists Marni Novick and Patty Tan's approach is thoughtful, thorough, compassionate and sensitive. They took the time to address my specific hearing needs and make me feel comfortable with the process.

The initial visit began with a discussion of my personal goals and desired outcome for hearing improvement. Followed by a comprehensive battery of hearing tests. This was followed by more discussion of exactly what type of hearing loss was discovered and what type hearing devices could aid in improving hearing in my specific case and fit with my personal lifestyle. I then had the opportunity to demo hearing aids to see if they actually provided the benefit and functionality I was seeking, before having to make a decision to purchase any type of hearing aid.

The quality of care, compassionate approach to assessing and treating hearing loss delivered by Marni and Patty garner my unreserved recommendation for for anyone who is serious about addressing and treating their hearing loss.

Dr. Novik has been great. She really works with her patients to make sure they have the best Audiology support they can have. She has always been available when I have had a problem and can usually fix my hearing aids in house when something is wrong. When she has had to send them out she has had loaners and the turn around time has been very quick

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr Novick and Patricia for their professionalism and sincerity. I had tried hearing aids a few years ago and they sat in my drawer. I was missing so much in conversation I had to try again. They persisted until we found my perfect match. Not all hearing aids are the same and humans , of course, vary widely in what they are missing and what they need and what they can tolerate. Finding this sweet spot is no easy task. I cannot imagine buying these devices off the shelf and expecting this kind of result. I will be forever grateful.

I would highly recommend Dr. Marni Novick and her excellent team at Silicon Valley Hearing. They tested, fitted, and ordered the perfect hearing aides for my 87 year old mother, and have patiently been working with and helping here in every way get adjusted to wearing them regularly.

They very much care about their patients well being and do their best to help the hearing impaired achieve a higher quality of life.
