bait and switch and they dont care at all.
The sign win agent on the phone said this is how they get their business.....false adverting? No honor, No Integrity!
I came to buy two 10x20, and two 10x10s The prices were amazing, still more expensive than Alibaba but local provider with shipping quicker than overseas... if true.
Yet, the adds stated "Frame and graphics" for a total cost $610 per tent (10x20) and $2xx for the 10x10s. The true check out price?? Over 3x++ the amount for each tent.
While their ad said "graphics and fabric included" checkout person said "no" tent graphics, they are not included, and "No" there was not one of those stupid liar advertising asterix, letting you know that the big print is a lie, and go check out the smaller print to get the truth.
I asked him to kindly change their misleading ad and they said that they couldn't and wouldn't do it because this is how they get their clients. And they have no control over the software that does the ads (bs) that just unfortunately it's just the way that it shows.
Trust pilot or sign win if you're reading this I took a screenshot of your advertising for record, you have my email asked me to send you a copy....or all you need to do to verify is Google search sign win, as long as they haven't taken their ads down or swapped them, it will show exactly what I've described above.
This review doesn't allow me to upload an image of the lie. But check it out yourself and if they are still false advertising then should write a bad review also.
Don't trust this company, as long as they continue to lie in their advertising do not support this company....they have no integrity!

Very poor communication. I called and e-mailed many times asking for a touch base to discuss issues. I only go one call back from a receptionist who could not answer my questions and once again told me everyone involved was busy. I called with no answer, then called from a new number and someone immediately picked up. Sounds like my number was being ignored.
I did not see a proof before the shipment was sent. I sent several request even after it was in transit and no response was given. We set up the booth today and the wrong file was used on the main 20ft wall. I know the correct file was downloaded as I got a wetransfer confirmation, and two of the other updated files were used.
Not only was the wrong file used, but someone on your end cut out the tag line and placed it over the logo. It looks very bad. We had to cover the entire middle area with posters.
We made it clear we wanted the booth to be used for other events, so all the licensed signs were attachments instead of printed on the walls. While I mentioned one Velcro sign, I said we could do this on our end. When we set up the booth the Velcro was permanently attached to the wall. The sign was wrinkly and did not attach well. We cannot use this wall again.
We had a tight deadline, I metioned that we needed this by the 8th in almost every conversation. The 8th was selected in checkout as a viable date, it was not blocked off. Days later I got a e-mail asking if the 11th was ok. When I replied it was not and I needed a call immediate callback to problemsolve, no one called me. My calls were ignored. I got another e-mail asking if you could ship directly to the convention, while this in not normal, I stayed on hold all day with them coming up with a plan to ship directly into McCormick center. When I went to send you the information, I saw that you had already shipped the package to the original address. The package arrived late and we had to set up late for the convention. I know my timeline was tight, but even when I asked about expedited shipping in our first conversation I was told not to worry and that it would be fine.
Everyone was very nice and In years past the quality of the booth was very good, but it seemed like no one wanted to communicate or use the phone to resolve these issues. When we did talk, the decision makers always seem to be out of the office or in a meeting.
Probably will not use SignWin again.

Second, we went back and forth with the design because your warehouse in China was unable to print YOUR OWN TABLE TEMPLATE correctly.
Third, you took me to the limit time and charged me +$500 for rush delivery.
Fourth, you delivered duplicate goods.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible sales team, horrible support team, horrible experience all around. They order from the same generic Chinese warehouse as every other company -- just use one of the others.
edit: They claim the client to be dishonest, when their sales team is. We tried to find an order, their sales team claimed no order existed and sent a link to place a new one. Charged both, wouldn't cancel the first when they could suddenly see it in their system. Another example of their honesty: they claim to not order from China in their response. The delivery came from "ZHUJIANG DELTA AREA - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC". You can find their exact booths on dozens of other sites, and you're better off there.

Placing my graphics onto the displays and signs is something that I can’t do. I don’t know the scale or the fit. To change me to do that was like selling me a tire and changing me to put air in it. It’s part of the process. I found a competitor who is working with me to get this right and look professional for $500 less than you charged. I feel confident that I will get a good quality product and not be over charged and add ons to the project. You lost this customer for this project and any further projects.
