NOT RELIABLE!

I ordered from them 2 months ago.
For about 3 weeks it was updated arbitrarly saying again and again that it is "In transit with airline"

I wrote them after 1.5 months saying nothing changes and they wrote it typically takes around 2-3 weeks.

The responded with completely irrelevant answer (telling me they sorry I have promlem with my account and they reset my password for me)

I told them this is not relevant and please read and answer to what I wrote, they just didn't respond. Nothing has changed ever since. I'm still in the dark.

Just so unproffesional it's emberrassing

Love 'em

I've been doing business with Sierra Pet Meds for many years. The service is great. I appreciate that they take care of business and send my order right away. TIPTOP Sierra Pet Meds

Very pleased. The parcel arrived very quickly and the helpful response from Surya from customer service to my order was lightning fast! It is truly amazing that a parcel from the other side of the world, from New Zealand, arrived in Switzerland faster than many parcels sent within Europe! I will definitely order from Sierra Pet Meds again because everything is on TipTop

Never got package

Never got package. Reached out to them and received a tracking number saying it was delivered to another state. When I responded they provided another tracking number saying it was delivered. I check my Ring and USPS alerts, no package was delivered. When I told them of this, no response.

Glad I gave Sierra Pet Meds a try

I was tired of paying almost $500 a year for Nexgard and Heartgard for my large Labrador. I took a chance on Sierra Pet Meds about a year ago, and received the same products that my vet sells for a fraction of the price. Saving myself about $300, without the hassle of going through my vet. I still take my dog for regular checkups, but feel like the price of these prescriptions is a racket in the US. One important thing to consider is it did take about a month for the product to arrive, so you need to order before you are out.

Bought preventative from them and my…

Bought preventative from them and my dog got heartworm and the med company won't pay for his treatment because I bought from them! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOT WORTH LOSING YOUR BEST FRIEND.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I have been using this company for over five years to order flea/tick/heartworm meds for my cats. Never seen a flea on them. They are in perfect health.

Great Prices and Solid Service

I'm not an influencer and this isn't a part of some paid promotion that Sierra Pet Meds is having at the moment. I'm not being paid or rewarded in any way. I'm writing this because I truly enjoyed doing business with them.

This was my first time ordering pet medications from overseas because I was afraid that it would either get lost in the mail or I'd receive a counterfeit or expired product. I should have done it earlier because this was a great experience! I ordered Nexgard for my dog on September 4th, 2024 and it was delivered to me today. I live in the United States on the east coast so it took 21 days to arrive. The wait was worth it because I saved about 60% including the price of shipping, if I had ordered it from a US pharmacy that requires a prescription (one isn't required at Sierra Pet Meds).

The product was shipped from New Zealand while the office for Sierra Pet Meds is in Australia. The address for their office was right on their website which is not the case for most of these overseas online pet pharmacies. The Nexgard I received is real and it won't expire until August 2026.

As if the price and solid service isn't great enough, they have a wonderful rewards program! In their program, 100 points equals 1 dollar. You get 5 points for every 1 dollar spent on an order. You can redeem those points and get a discount off a future order! For example, if you have 500 points, you can redeem it and use it to get $5 off an order.

I highly recommend doing business with Sierra Pet Meds!

Sierra Pet Meds

I have bought from Sierra Pet Meds for years. They have a wide verity of meds for fleas and lots more. A rewards program where you get points. you even get points for your birthday. Free shipping, and super pricing. It does take a little while to get here, just keep that in mind. I recommend them as a go to vendor. Never had any trouble with them at all. Debbie Norman USA

Great Price and Great Service

Used their Australian Subsidiary again (Sierra Pet Products for the order) Bought some flea & tick medication from them because they have the lowest prices in Australia and the US. Transaction through Paypal went through without any problem. The medicine arrived in the US relatively fast. Only took about a week (I ordered from another company based in Australia - took about a month.). They have an excellent rating on Ebay Australia (the reason I decided to order from them). Would definitely buy from them again! A+++!!!

Defective Products

I ordered Revolution for my cats, and it arrived in a timely manner. On June 12,I put it on my cats, and two weeks later, I'm still seeing live fleas. I gave each of them a Capstar, and they had been covered in fleas. I now have to order more Capstar, since I have to give them that every other day until July 10.

I asked for a refund, because the $66 that I spent on the Revolution is a lot of money to me, and I can buy more Advantage with it. The response to my first email was to give me reasons as to why the Revolution didn't work. My reply was to again ask for a refund. The response to my second email was to offer me a store credit, which I don't want and told them so.

I went to Petco, bought Advantage, and will dose them on July 10, which is the earliest date that I can put it on them again

Do not buy anything from this company, they sell defective products.
