We were left behind on one of our tours (Land of Frozen Fire), because the bus driver read out names without checking paperwork, and a couple said yes to our name.
We sat for over half an hour in the large hangar, pleading for someone to take us seriously only to be told "driver's not here, she'll be here soon"... eventually I got sick of being ignored and managed to persuade someone to get in touch with head office to get in touch with the driver, only then did they realise their mistake and came back to get us.
Not really shore excursion's problem, more the tour operator they engaged (C Big Island Tours), so left a 4 star review but very frustrating.

We had a wonderful tour of Girona, Pals and Coasta Brava with our guide Marta. She was very knowledgeable, sharing the history and culture of the region. Marta was professional and pleasant. We enjoyed spending our day with her and would definitely book another tour with her!

NORWAY AND ICELAND, I had difficulty finding your site on…
I had difficulty finding your site on CAA Travel, but once I had it through my daughter it was easy to navigate. I liked that you follow the cruise dates and all the choices, as well as being able to pay in Canadian dollars. I used the site back in 2023 while cruising from Montreal to Boston in September and missed a couple of excursions due to weather and the ship breaking down and lost that money.

It's so easy!!!
So easy to look thru the excursions. Love how you just put in your ship and date and all the ports automatically appear with all of the excursions. It's better, and easier, than any cruise I've been on. Prices are very good as well.
