I ordered several T-series lenses and a case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. My iPhone case and one of the lenses orders were delayed due to availability, so I reached out to the support team to see if they could expedite the order. I will be leaving the country for an extended trip and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to work on some photography projects. I was worried that I wouldn't receive the equipment in time. Fortunately, the support team was amazing! Within a day, both of the backordered items were shipped and should arrive before my trip. I am incredibly grateful for their service and am super excited to receive the lenses and start exploring.

I'd love to see real live chat support with Moment. For now, it's email based. And in my experience, once I got the answer from a support agent, the following interactions with that agent took too long, and had to be transferred to someone else a day later. I had (unfortunately) an urgent situation to deal and it has not been managed accordingly in my opinion.
That being said, once Rahul Rokade started to handle it, he's been able to do magic and expedite the item I was looking for way faster. So 1,000 thanks to him for his support and help!!!

Customer service is exceptional! I bought the lens without the mounting case, and we leave for Europe in three days. I sent an SOS message and got an immediate response, and they got my order out of the warehouse immediately. I had it in hand the next day. I recently picked up the Everything Backpack – 17 L from a local distributor. I noticed the shoulder straps were stitched with two different thread colours and some loose ends. Hoping to prevent this in future products, I contacted Moment providing my feedback.
Their reply was fast and they offered to ship me a flawless replacement right away. As a first time purchaser, i was surprised by their service.
The new bag has been great! It’s compact and had all the necessary compartments I needed for my fujifilm kit, quick access, enough pockets for my accessories and travel essentials. And its weatherproof. It was a bag that took me quite awhile to research and finally purchase it.
Given their great customer support and quality of products, it won't be my last purchase.

The product I ordered, now discontinued, was great! It was my daily driver, but quickly began developing an issue with the adjustment straps. After contacting customer service, my first rep ghosted me after a few days without addressing my concerns. After a few months, I finally got it escalated and my second rep was AMAZING (shoutout to @willxwhit), and I got my money back. I plan on ordering a new backpack to replace the old one.

This is the second set of mobil lenses I've ordered up as I am quite pleased with how they have added to my cell phone camera experience. 'The best camera is the one you have with you'. I have been using various iPhones as well as the Moment app which is most adaquate and very practical, particularly with the time-lapse aspect. I had an issue with one of the new lenses and your team was totally supportive and prompt with its replacement. My thanks the Moment team for your efforts and support.

I needed a lens before leaving for a bicycle tour, and he helped get it to me in time before my flight.
I also like that the filters are light enough to be used with any gimbal.
