The person who helped me with my questions and concerns in the chat straight up lied to me the chair does not fit any of the needs I expressed. It is useless and I wasted money spending my money on this wheelchair. I wonder how many disabled people they lie to and rip off just to get a sale

order was placed 5/31/25, order arrived 6/12/25, took too long to get here, was wrong size when it did arrive, and while trying to complete the order I was tricked into clicking on something else I do not want and charged an extra 9.98 .

You lied about delivery only to find…

You lied about delivery only to find out the item is back ordered. I continue to try and cancel but to no avail. I opened a refusal on my credit card. Do not send to me!!!’ I have another one because you were unable to send me what I ordered. I explained my situation several times. Now it’s under dispute because you already received payment.

A Stool with trusy armrests. Clever!

My wife hates plain stools, but not yours, with its trusty armrests that gives her that sense of security of knowing support is there so she can finally hang on to them and sit down. That goes without saying that it's a pretty piece of furniturex not an eyesore.

The customer service rep recommended…

The customer service rep recommended the bed rail that ended up not fitting our bed. I requested return authorization that took 2 weeks of emails to receive. They required the return be in the original packaging and charged $45 restocking fee. Ridiculous! Plus shipping which I expected.
