Carbinox Blaze is a total scam
In the pursuit of a reliable smartwatch suitable for my daily construction activities, I made a purchase of a Carbinox Blaze type S. After thorough research, I identified a company that promoted its product as the optimal choice for outdoor or heavy-duty use. As an experience smartwatch user, I conducted an inspection, anticipating the quality they had advertised. However, my disappointment was significant. The buttons felt inferior and inexpensive, as did the screen. Despite my attempts to use it, it only lasted ten minutes as I was configuring it with my iOS device. During the process, one button dislodged, leaving me deeply disappointed.
I promptly contacted customer support to initiate a full refund request. However, I was informed that I would be liable for a $10 restocking fee, along with a $25 charge for any used or missing items. The return window was seven days, and any package received after that period would incur a $10 shipping fee.
This experience left me with a profound sense of being deceived by a product that deviated from its advertised specifications.

May watch stopped working after swimming in shallow end of a pool. They said they would refund me, but they have not and will not reply to emails.

Two failures
First watch the battery would only last about 15 hours. The watch was replaced under warranty. The second one ran as expected for about 3 weeks. Then it to would not hold a charge. Took photos of watch at 100% charge at 23:30 when I put it on and went to bed. The next morning at 07:30 the battery was at 40%. The watch was set to do not disturb so it would not light up the display if I moved throughout the night. Emailed the company again an 0 response after a week. They obviously do not make a good product or stand behind what they make. Go somewhere else for watch.

Disappointed Veteran w/Trash Product
Complete garbage! Every time I try to use any feature it says "Stay still and wear the watch properly, tight against skin." Well, aside from tightening it to the point of my hand turning purple im not sure what it means. I had high hopes but it's trash, save your money for a quality product from Apple or Samsung.

I really like the blaze s. I’m not getting the promised battery life, but I don’t mind charging it everyday just like all my other devices. The bp reading isn’t accurate but that tech just needs to advance more. I would buy this watch again.

Awful nonexistent customer service just replace my watch
I have a Blaze that started giving me issues put in a claim through support. That was June 3 it is now June 28 and I have sent my order information sent countless pictures sent video of the watch not working. Been told we need clearer pictures. Blah blah blah!!! There are now multiple claim numbers cause the original person of contact had not responded in over a week and now someone else has picked up the complaint and now they are not responding. So basically the worst customer service imaginable from Carbinox who claims there watch is for working class blue collar people. Stand behind your products claim . I bought mine in October and it’s dead in the water. Been a freaking month and nothing resolved. ……I just want my watch replaced……
