Bestellung kommt sehr verspätet an

Bestellung kommt einen Monat lang nicht an, kein tracking link, auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Einen Monat nach Bestellung kam dann das Paket an, nachdem bereits über Paypal das Geld zurück verlangt wurde. In der Zwischenzeit hatte ich von einem anderen Hersteller bereits ein ähnliches Produkt als Ersatz bestellt. Gäbe es E-Mail Kontakt in dieser Zeit, hätte ich nicht mein Geld zurück gebucht. Jetzt muss der Vorgang erst mal wieder rückgängig gemacht werden. Insgesamt unnötiger Mehraufwand.
