Great people and products!

Recommendation was spot on! Ordered bilstein 6112 front and 5160 rears for 2023 Silverado. Ride is incredible! After ordering I changed to the 5160's and they were able to get my order to me in 2 days!

Great...

Struts where shipped and assembled quickly...when I opened the box one shock resivoir was in the other shocks box..no way that took place during shipping...both compression bans where broke and hardware was scattered..One resivoir cap was un seated, customer service had no response to the email whatsoever..less than amused for money spent. How an item is shipped tells me a lot.

Make sure you can get your money back if you buy from here

Paid 600$ for a full set of bilstein shocks, got no notifications or anything for about a month so I reached out, only could reach chat bots. Tracked the package through UPS and it ended up in Rhode Island, I live in California and all my shipping info was correct. I tried to reach this company through about 10 emails and through the site countless times. They ignored my request for the refund but immediately sent a refund once I cancelled it through my credit card company. Very slimey sales

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and confusion with your order. The shipping issue was the result of a warehouse mishap, and we understand how concerning it can be seeing your package delivered to another address.

We want to clarify that we tried to issue the refund back to you on 6/16/25 which weas the Monday after you reached out Friday 6/13/25 but because the chargeback had been started we were unable to issue the refund back directly. We are not open on weekends so we tried to process the refund as soon as we were back in the office.

You have the products I needed. Great YouTube videos to watch. Precise to the point. Support was amazing. Answered all the questions I had very promptly. Middle of the Road

Parts were as expected.
Customer Service was great when I finally got someone on the phone. Left several messages and an email about missing parts. No one returned my call "BY THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY", had to keep trying until I could get an agent on the phone (4 days).

The worst experience i have ever had…

The worst experience i have ever had with an online order. I called in my order and they sent the wrong product. i called to let them know that it was incorrect they gave the number of the new stabilizer and told me to reorder that number i did , wrong again. i returned both and only was credited for one. I am still waiting for my money or a reply. I went to napa and paid less and walked out with the correct part in 5 minutes

Very good in helping me understand the…

Very good in helping me understand the difference between 5100s and the 6100’s. I just hope he’s right, especially since I don’t go off road.
Very good experience though overall and very helpful. Thank you.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The site has an enormous amount of information and videos to help someone that is clueless about suspension. Can’t beat the price! All around happy customer. They are very responsive and make understanding suspension pretty easy. I enjoyed watching the videos of them testing the different suspension on vehicles and getting their reviews. I found myself hours in just reading and watching these guys do their thing.
