Yeah I’m thinking right now oh happening hereI bought a Baguette side stone engagement ring with a admirable Round Brilliant Diamond and it was one of the best purchase I have made so far. I am happy that I came across Ashiv Diamonds and decided to get along with them. Visiting the store got me feel emotionally attached with the staff, they were always responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though I was not much curious because Ashiv gave me proper education in details and the stone I've purchased was a GIA Certified stone. Got to learn a lot from Ashiv .

The owner is well experienced at Ashiv Diamonds and he can suggest the best Custom Designes for an Engagement Ring, I wish I'd known about this Diamond Store earlier so that all my Diamond Jewler would have been purchased from Ashiv Diamonds, I got through many Diamond store in New York but Ashiv is far better than my words, this is the best Loose Diamonds/Engagement Diamonds store in Manhattan.
The environment at the store is totally at a different level. The staff is enthusiastic, energetic and joyful at the same time and all of them are so genuine, so cheerful and excited to help you through the perfect Diamond for a Diamond Ring, they made the experience more easier
I wasn't sure with my choice for the Custom Design of my Engagement Ring, but then Ashiv made me go through his vision for once and that's what helped me to make my decision towards a beautiful Acrostic Engagement ring. I understood his vision and got the Elongated Radiant Diamond for my Engagement Ring.
I did not pick this diamond on anyone's openion but after scoping through many diamonds I saw the one I knew was perfect and made my mind to go for it.

It will probably sound like I am making this up, but this is the pure truth. I was shown some beautiful diamonds when I visited Ashiv Diamonds, and after selecting one, we started looking into settings. Because of my budget, I was aiming for a smaller, white gold setting. Troy, at no extra charge, insisted on setting it in platinum for me, to ensure the diamond cut was set right. Great! Right? It gets better. When I came back the next day to pick up the ring, Troy had upgraded the setting yet again, at no extra cost, because delivering quality was far more important to him than making a dollar off me. He came out of his pocket roughly $500-1000. Folks, I cannot state how valuable of a trait this is in a business, and especially the jewelry world. This was one of the most wholesome gestures; he did this for me with no remorse-- purely out of kindness. Ashiv Diamonds is a very special place; I still cannot get over how wonderful of an experience this was. Lastly, I might add, that I bought a loose diamond and a separate setting and they managed to custom set and size it for me overnight and had it ready to go the next day, NOBODY in the diamond district would do this unless they had the piece already made. Ashiv Diamonds delivers on every level, customer service, price, quality, craftsmanship. The whole experience was wonderful. I can't thank them enough!

And guess what? We recently came back to pick out our wedding bands. It was my first time visiting and personally felt at home and comfortable with everyone.

We have visited Ashiv diamonds couple of months before in search of the best diamond ring for my husband and custome diamond studs for me. Ashiv was such a lovely genuine, polite man, he did not hassle us and let us look around. We were very picky and Troy helped us to choose and allowed us to take our time for finalizing with our jewellery. His prices were honest and we thought very good value for money. We were also give a great discount and ofcourse a very pleasent environment with the staff who were polite and respectful to us.
I would definitely visit the diamond store again when we return to New York in the future. Thanks Ashiv and Troy for helping us out with such a beautiful Diamond for my husband's Ring. This is the best Diamond store in NYC.

If you want to get your engagement ceremony memorable, then pop into Ashiv Diamonds, there is plenty to of special and perfect Diamonds for an engagement ring. Ashiv is a lovely warm & welcoming man who makes you feel at home. It's not a pushy sales type situation that I have experienced in other places. He has a vast selection of diamond quite honestly I felt spoilt for choice, but then Troy helped me out all the way for 2hrs to choose the perfect Diamond for my engagement ring. Alterations to anything you buy are carried out efficiently and professionally. There are quite often 'one off' best Diamond stones in the shop and custome designs that I have never seen before. Well worth I'lI always visit if am passing by.

I looked at many retail jewellery stores and the diamond quality was not there. After coming across Ashiv diamonds on social media and browsing their website I arranged an appointment for a consultation in their showroom. Troy was very helpful and patient with me to ensure I ordered exactly what I wanted. I went back into their showroom once my custom design ring was ready and it was even more beautiful than what I anticipated. We had been looking for an anniversary ring for a couple of years but could not find the perfect one anywhere at a price we could afford. We weren't planning on purchasing but when we visited Ashiv Diamonds Troy greeted us, offer us something to drink and showed us several different types of diamonds. We explained that we were not looking to purchase something so expensive but to his credit he stayed with us and continued to show us rings that he thought my wife might like. When he presented my wife with a stone of 2 carat anniversary ring my wife's face lit up and I new I was in trouble. Troy and Ashiv, worked with me to negotiate a price that I felt was extremely fair for a ring of this quality.
Ashiv gave me a deal with the diamonds which really helped me a lot. At no time did I feel pressured by either of them and I felt that their sales techniques were professional and very friendly. I asked for a few minutes to speak with my wife alone and they immediately complied and went to the other side of the store. Once we agreed on the price they had the ring sized and ready to go in less than half an hour. Many thanks to Troy and Ashiv for make this happen and turning this into such a great shopping experience.

From the moment we walked into Ashiv diamonds, we felt totally comfortable. It was a wonderful experience with NO pressure. We were with friends and we were actually looking an engagement ring that is beautiful. We were greeted by Troy who was very helpful.
