It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t received my order. Says it’s still preparing my order.

Ordered on the 17th June it's now the 7th July and the shirt is no where to be seen, track the order and it's still not out for delivery, very poor service as not once have I been contacted about it yet got an email asking if Im enjoying my shirt and offering a discount the next time I order from them!!!!

Total scam do not use at all!!!! I have been waiting for my order for 18 days and my tracking is still saying there waiting to receive the package. I have contacted them multiple times and no response. Do not use this website it is a complete scam and a waste of time!!!

I have done 3 or 4 orders from SM Store and I have been very pleased with the shirts I have received. Easy to track, comes in a reasonable amount of time and well packaged

I’ve ordered 3 of kids mystery kits and 2 adult shirts so far and each kit has been brilliant. I will 100% be ordering again .
Delivery time is a little long but given the price and the quality I’d happily wait

Shirts decent obviously a fake but it's 20 quid what do you expect, box always turns up like someone's sat on it whenever I order from these though.

Bought a mystery kit for my son’s birthday. Delivery was slower than the average given but within there estimated time.
He loved the surprise and got the Napoli kit. Will definitely use again.

Good product brought 2x mystery shirts, very pleased with the shirts, delivery took a little longer and trying to contact them was a bit of a hassle but would use again

Box turned up battered, so could see the shirts were fake, asked for a refund, but got ignored.

Really good fit, did take 2 weeks to come but they say that when you order, i got the portugal away kit very nice but i do think its fake, would definitely recommend for a gift

The box is obviously very affordable, especially when compared to other sellers. The website is very easy to navigate and it’s clear that the notes you leave are read by the person who packages the shirts. I got Ajax away shirt which is 🔥. Parcel does take a while to arrive but this is stated on the website. The tracking number didn’t work for me but that doesn’t matter because the shirt arrived within about two weeks of ordering.
